Chick-fil-A

This was a great Chick-fil-A. It was spacious and clean. As always the food was good and the service was fast. The staff were nice, especially the young lady who refreshed my beverage. I enjoyed seeing the play area open for the kids again. I wish the Topeka location would get back to this quality again. I recommend the food and service to everyone.

Edit 3: added a new photo as the issue has not been resolved, actually gotten worse the last 2 trips. FILL THE FRIES, we pay for large we expect large. -1 more star Edit 4: no issues the last 2 times. 4 stars. Will update if it stays that way.

I love chick-fil-a, but the chick-fil-a located in west Wichita 7320 W Taft, has gone a little downhill, last 3 visits have been disappointing. The food is lukewarm at best today, they are staring to forget food items that come with the order last time, missing hashbrowns and napkins must be on shortage because apparently they are no longer providing them with your order. On the plus side my fruit cup had no issues.

Quick, good chicken sandwiches. Their combos are a good value and I love that they offer Simple Truth Orange juice as a drink option with their kids meal. Their service is so seamless and quick, it's honestly baffling... But in a good way. Vegetarian options: Doesn't really have any vegetarian options except their fries.

This place is always busy, but they are Amazing at getting people through quickly both drive through and inside. The employees always seem happy and willing to help. The kids play place is a blast for my 1 & 1/2 year old. And my wife and I are never disappointed in the food. Kid-friendliness: Fun small to medium sized play place!

I called my husband and asked him to get me my kid's favorite food for a long time! but this day I have felt so disappointed in chick-fil-A for giving me such a mediocre order. It was 12 pieces of chicken nuggets and as you can see in the picture that is not what we got! if they continue like this they will lose a lot of customers!

Drive thru busy but running smoothly as usual. Food was hot and fresh like normal. The oil always tastes fresh too. I always get the 30 piece nugget meal to share with my husband. Gotta have the waffle fries.

I don't normally have any issues here, but this is not ok I literally paid for a busted biscuit! I know times are hard but seriously never been served anything like this!

Best CFA location in Wichita in my opinion. We usually opt for the curbside instead of the drive-thru and we've never had any issues. Staff is great, friendly as always. Food is hot and fresh and we've never missed items. I downloaded the app and get lots of free stuff from this location which makes it even better!

Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Pulled into the drive-thru at 10:25. By the time I was able to order it literally just turned 10:30 am. I was told I cannot order breakfast even though the breakfast signs were still displaying. No flexibility, no leeway, and absolutely no care. The answer was NO! It’s quite disappointing as I frequent this location and typically have great service.
