It's so Great to have a Chickfila at DCA Airport !! They have Very good service!!

Worst customer service!! Rude and unprofessional, deodrana I think that’s her name. Need a lot more customer service training.

Very tasty food and people were nice and friendly. It's very busy however so getting a table can be pretty difficult but there are still lots of seats around the area.

The worst customer service possible, incorrectly made orders, and they dont accept mobile ordering or pay.  Stop false advertising that you accept mobile options when you dont. They also dont even offer all of the food options.  Whoever manages this location absolutely sucks at their job.

Excellent food. Staff seem depressed and annoyed. Please accept Chick fil a one
