This is a great place for a healthy, quick, meal. The whole experience was delightful. A clean establishment, efficient ordering prices, and tasty meal. There is a wide variety of soaking meal options as well. I ultimately went with the regular chicken salad, broccoli salad, and mac and cheese. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more options.
Absolutely best customer service point blank period. Well kept and clean dine in. I mean impeccably clean. Young lady in front who took my order was polite and patient as I had never been there. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable genuinely nice upbeat..The chicken salad is Absolutely delicious. The egg salad was good as well. I wish I had taken pictures. I was so excited to get my food, the thought left my head. I will be returning and I will be recommending this gem to anyone and everyone that will listen..it isn't often when you get the whole package when it comes to a restaurant. Fast, clean, accurate and great customer service! They have it all.
My first time eating here. The food was pretty good and the staff was wonderful. I asked what was good and went with the cashiers suggestion, my chicken had bacon.and cheese, was delicious.
Excellent choice for a light lunch. The manager took our orders and was super friendly. Had the Buffalo chicken salad on a croissant with cheese broccoli soup. All delicious!
I had the pleasure of experiencing Chicken Salad Chick for the first time recently and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere. The menu was filled with delicious options that made it difficult to choose just one. I eventually settled on the Classic Carol chicken salad and was not disappointed! The salad was full of fresh, flavorful ingredients and was the perfect size for lunch. I also tried their Pimento Cheese, which was equally delicious! The staff was attentive and accommodating to all of my needs. I will certainly be back for more of their delicious fare!
I tried three of the chicken salads from Chicken Salad Chick. They were okay. Very heavy use of mayonnaise in all three salads which I don't like. I got the Fancy Nancy, Cranberry Kelli and Kickin Kay Lynne. The Fancy Nancy and the Cranberry Kelli tasted pretty much the same. The Kickin Kay Lynne had a nice kick to it. There was a refrigerated case when you walk in the door that has pre-packed salads. I picked the three then took them to the register and checked out.
The manger is absolutely awesome. His customer service is impeccable! He really makes the dine in experience worthwhile. All of the staff members are pretty friendly and helpful, with the exception of Kelsey. She gave me the worst experience while trying to order my usual meal. Update - another rude worker, it’s my last time giving this place a chance.
Excellent quality chicken salad! I came during a lunch rush, but the wait time was reasonable and everything was served fresh.
Customer service is not a priority. I ordered for delivery on Aug 4th. My order was not correct. I called immediately and was told someone would call me back. Hasn't happened! I've been trying to get refunded for the food I didn't receive since then. No one has answered the phone or emails on numerous attempts. I finally got the manager last week who said I had to come to the location to get my money back. That was not acceptable or convenient so I ask for a gift certificate. Manager had to check if that was okay and would call me back the next day. Nothing. Have not heard back at all and one of my last calls said my number has been reported as spam. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't get my money refunded or even a gift certificate.
The food is good. But little care is given to items that are purchased to be taken out of the restaurant. In the picture I have posted, you will see that my daughter’s mac & cheese was put in a cup, and the fruit I ordered was thrown in a container with a pickle slice. So literally the fruit is sitting in a bunch of pickle juice. I wouldn’t be as upset if I hadn’t spent $29 on food on this day. And I have a kid who refuses to eat half of her meal because it was, carelessly and thoughtlessly thrown together.
