We like to say food first, but that's not entirely accurate. Everything we do is the most important thing we do. Our mission is good food, good for you, good for the planet: peace on a plate. We do organic, local whenever available. We are vegan, which is to say that we are the promotion and praise and worship of vegetables. There is no compromise. There is no sacrifice. We make great food, waste nothing, and spill no blood.
