Children & Adolescent Clinic PC

Been taking our child here for 2+ years. We use Dr. Leonard, but have also seen Shade Whalen and a couple of the Nurse Practitioners. The front desk staff are often impolite and hasty. If you can get past them and back into one of the waiting rooms, it goes much more smoothly. The doctors and nurse practitioners are great. The nurse associated with Dr. Leonard is a bit rude and always seems rushed to get onto the next patient. Overall, the main reason we keep coming back is because Dr. Leonard does a great job with milestone appointments (1 mo, 3 mo, 6 mo, etc). We have had some issues when we take our child in and she's sick. He's called in the wrong prescription (allergy to prescription) and also given us prescriptions that weren't necessary (could have been treated with something much more minor than what he prescribed).
