Children's Hospital Of Michigan- General Pediatrics

Absolutely ridiculous my daughter has asthma and was seen at the clinic for her yearly exam and I was told that her medication will be called in to my pharmacy come to find out they did not call it in and it's her solution for her breathing treatments and when you call the clinic your on hold for over 30 mins before someone picks up just to transfer you somewhere else. Then you leave a message on the prescription line and they claim they will contact you within 3 business days which is unacceptable and no one ever calls you back to follow up and get the issue solved.. The worst service ever there suppose to take care of your children not let them suffer for days without meds.

The Clinic is perfect but the front staff have the most terrible attitudes! Even the receptionist that answers the appointment line
