Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Doctors can't be bothered to talk to other specialists or get the paperwork sent to them. Put the onus on the patient/family to do all the work. Never answers calls and spend weeks waiting for calls. Find specialists local to you if you can. Don't let their multimillion dollar expansion fool you.

I don’t understand how I can’t get a hold of ANYONE . Just to schedule an appointment for my baby . I call in the afternoon; no one answers Im left on hold for an hour ! I call at 9 AM …. No one answers STILL . Left voicemails and at this point it’s ridiculous. I haven’t stepped foot inside and I’m already disappointed.
