Chili's Grill & Bar

Bad service, cold food when it finally came out 20mins later and the place was not even half full on a Saturday afternoon. Go to their competitor across the street and I'm sure you'll have better food and service! Also the restrooms couldn't be any filthier along with the peeling paint on the ceiling. This place just takes advantage of customers by assuming they don't notice anything. Caught a glance of the kitchen service area and it was absolutely filthy. Won't eat here again and make sure people know there are safer choices out there!!

Food tasted good, but the service was very slow. The waiter never refilled our waters and was assigned a large amount of tables for one person. We only saw him occasionally. The wait to be seated was very long, which makes sense with how little staff was available. We waited almost thirty minutes to get our food, which showed signs of being in the warmer for awhile. The rice was not fresh and was probably sitting in the warmer all day.

Started out a little rocky but once we sat down, our waiter, Ryan, was AMAZING! So on top of things. The kitchen was short on people and while he was waiting to do stuff he went back to the kitchen to help so that way we could get our food. Very impressed. He was also helping to train someone (I believe) and the trainee was so kind and kept checking up on us and he wasn’t even our waiter. Very impressed and will definitely come again! And our food was SUPER good!

Decent place. Took a while for someone to notice us and seat us. Food was a bit pricey but really good and waiter was great just slow service at first and an off hand comment by the gal who sat us. Might of just been a paticular day or time that was off. Otherwise really was good food and my waiter was one of the best ive ever had.

Walked in and waited someone to come seat us. No one came so we had to walk to the back and yell into the kitchen to get someone's attention. Finally got seated and ordered. Our cheesy fries were cold, tiny, and gross. Our chicken pasta dishes were dry as heck and gross as well. My dad ordered fajitas and they were ok but the rest of us were very disappointed. Bad service and even worse food.
