Amazing food, amazing drinks, and amazing waitress! She was amazingly nice throughout the whole night and made us feel really comfortable. I even forgot my ID at the bar and she ran out to give it to me. Give this woman a raise! Update: went here again and I am so happy that I did because I had an amazing appetizer assortment. The drink was great that they gave me and the perfect balance of alcohol and grenadine! Thanks!
Chili’s is choice # one we need to eat out but now as all restaurants are underemployed ,service went downhill... Anyway Let’s start with the positive, our servers was friendly, my kids enjoyed their food. Somethings need improvements: Cleanliness restaurant has a odd smell ,my Caesar salad was drenched in dressing.
Our server Rachel was great and very attentive! Went for a quick bite, our order was taken quickly and came out at a decent time… ordered the Cajun chicken pasta , it was very good..
Three Friday's in a row I have called and asked if there is a wait. Today, I was across the road and called to make sure there is no wait. The gentleman on the phone said there is no wait. However, when I walked in for the 3rd weekend in a row they let me know there is a 45 minute wait. They claim to be using their kitchen to supply other restaurants. I will not bother coming to this Chili’s ever again.
Very sad that the quantity food in here is too less . I ordered two burrito bowls which costs 20 $. And quantity of food and the options that I ordered are not fulfilled.I used to love chipotle and this is very sad for today’s order.
So I haven't eaten here, but I drive for doordash. I went to the take out area to pick up my food, there was grime all over the floor and a bad odor at the take out counter. Wouldn't eat here if I were you. Also this is Maggianos Italian Classics ghost kitchen on doordash.
I never leave bad reviews, because there are worst things to complain about. And I'm honestly sad to write this since I've been going to chili's since I was in elementary school 30 now but we will absolutely never be coming back here. Called to put in a take out order, was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Showed up after 20, my husband ran inside while I was in the car with the baby. We waited 40 minutes for food that ended up having to be reheated when we got home. I wish we were given the opportunity to get a refund or cancel our order, but there honestly wasn't a chance to. The woman in charge of the takeout area was never around, we weren't given any updates on how much longer food would take, and the place was half empty. My husband said there were multiple people inside either waiting just as long, or getting food comped if they were dining in. Outside, I watched the same 5 cars for either takeout or doordash sit in the same spot as long as we were. I've always tried to give situations like this the benefit of the doubt because it's not necessarily the waitstaff fault. But 40 minutes for a takeout order is ridiculous. If you're that backed up, and they obviously were, say that on the phone, instead of making us wait with no apology or explanation.
The service was great. Both our waiter and his trainee were attentive, but not overly attentive. The place was pretty empty, but we ate an early dinner. The table was a little sticky, but I feel like they normally are in chain places like Chilis. IMO. The food was a let down. I went in wanting a burger, and I recall the burgers were decent. Either I misremembered, or they changed. The toppings overpowered the burger itself. And there was so much mustard. Slathered on both the top and bottom buns. It was almost like a mustard salad. Not good. I won't eat there again, I think. Not with all the other options we have in RI.
Went to chilis for dinner for 5 people. I had a free appetizer to use. I asked the waiter if it was eligible for the three appetizer, or triple dips appetizer. I was told any appetizer, so we ordered the three appetizer option. When the bill came, it wouldn't take off the app. After further research it said it was excluded. The waiter went to talk to his manager to try and have it taken off. To my dismay the manager, Russ was forcing the waiter to pay for my appetizer!!!! I cannot believe that! Had I sent my meal back for not liking it, it would have been taken off the bill... yet a simple mistake learning opportunity of this waiter was going to cause him to lose out on $15.00 I ended up just paying the appetizer and tipping the waiter even though he said to not tip him. Yes he told us wrong information, but like I said use it as a learning opportunity not a punishment! I will NOT be returning to this establishment. I still cannot believe this manager was going to force a waiter who makes probably $4.00 an hour to pay for a customer's appetizer!!
Service was slow which looked liked due to low staffing. Our waiter was trying but hard for a few people to cover everything. Overhead an argument in the kitchen that should have been handled by a manager as all patrons could hear. No ribs b/c oven was “broken”. Bummer no ribs at Chili’s
