Went during Chili's birthday today and the presidente margaritas were only $3.13! So we totally had to partake, the strawberry margarita is really good! Also split and appetizer of chips and queso. I got the cajun chicken pasta and she got the country fried steak. We both enjoyed the food, service was friendly and the place was very clean.
Took advantage of Tuesday OLDTIMERS Burger. Placed a order by phone. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes, waited in curb side parking for 5 minutes with no other vehicles waiting. No help so I went inside to see young lady on the phone Struggling to take a Order. I decided to go use the restroom while waiting. By the time I got back she was off the phone and assisting me with paying for my order. Did not know that the had switch Systems on how to pay for your meal.. Ended up having a young man come over who said he was a Manager assist in paying my Bill and get me a receipt.This took almost 10 minutes. I couldn't enough get a updated cc receipt with my tip on it by the young lady so I had to have it set to my Email. I left disappointed and drove off only to pull over to find out that all 3 burgers were incorrect with my special instructions!!! I drove back to Chili's and asked for a Manager. Again I had to wait! Finally a Manager named Lexi spoke to me. I was very disappointed and upset at the situation and try to explain the whole thing to her. She informed me that she was the one that took my order over the phone. I just felt she didn't want to have to hear Me constructively vent on how bad the order was and why wasn't it checked . NO OWNERSHIP on the MISTAKES or a simple APOLOGIES... She was more concerned on what she needed to do. I was totally flabbergasted by this And asked her how long you would take to replace the order? She informed me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. At that point I felt she just didn't want to expedite anything just place it like a new order like my original one. By now I've been at the store for over 45 minutes. I asked for a refund/credit on my CC. She came back and said it was done . I asked her where am I where my receipt was showing credit.. She informed me that she didn't have a receipt for me that it be available in a few days. By now, 1hour passed and I informed her to have the General Manager contact me tomorrow by lunch time so we could discuss how to diescalate the situation Or I would move on. Zero response 2:02pm. I felt I should share this.... Good Luck on Curb-side and some of the staff! Dine in ask for Katie!!!
I ordered drive up today sat 12/10. i just want to say that the food for the price is top-notch in my opinion. the person who brought the meal out was especially cordial and represented the restaurant/company very well. she commented on wanting to see my dog's face. funny and nice. the restaurant/takeout lady can contact me...
I got a chicken sandwich and it literally looked like everything was thrown together and my bun was completely smashed. I’m pretty sure someone gripped that bad boy hard or straight up punched it.
The ribs wear out of this world, I had ordered them with the sauce on the side and they fell off the bone. That could not have been done any better. The loaded mashed potatoes and side salad were equally spot on. My friend had one of their double bacon burgers and said that it was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. We had a really nice time and I can only recommend this restaurant
Got the spicy shrimp tacos. Didn't find them spicy at all but they were still tasty. The table we were at had food on the wall under the table. Salt all over the divider between our booth and the tables next to us. My Arnold Palmer tasted like it was maybe 10% lemonade. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got.Food: 4/5
Super dirty and old. Food was overpriced and not good. Seafood pasta was $20 and tasted like a can of tuna thrown in some pasta with a couple shrimp. I had a hard time finishing it because it was so bad but when you spend $20 on a small bowl of pasta....... Service was good though. Hadn't gone in years, do not plan on going back.
Wasn't much impressed for trying it for the first time. My burger was burnt with not much sauce, for a $20 dollar meal. It definitely wasn't worth it. I could make a burger better than that at home. My mom's mini burger was burnt as well. Our waitress kept forgetting us and I had to find her twice to get what we asked her for.Food: 2/5
The waitress, was kind, funny, and helpful. We got our food at a good time and it was tasty. Separately, I'll finish this off by saying that my family and I had a not so awesome experience with man that sat us. Didn't get his name but he wore tight blue pants. We sat in the bar section at the high tables mostly because the simpsons was on. We even expressed that being a reason we wanted to sit there. He promptly went to change the channel. When we asked why he basically told us we could "sit somewhere else or go to Applebees" which is just just another building over in the plaza but besides the point. We chose to go there because my mom like their apps. He then proceeded to talk to the customer behind us loud. The point being he could have apologized and explained from the get go "hey guys sorry i cant leave the tv on this channel in here due to this, that, or other" if there is indeed a rule there can only be the news or sports on in there explain the tv in the other room playing the simpsons or the tv in the same room behind the bar playing crime dramas and jeopardy.
