We were told there was a half hour wait because they only had 1 waitress. It took about 40 minutes until they were ready to seat us. They only had menu through QR code and my phone was at 5% but I made it work. The waitress was nice enough but she was taking her time, especially when putting the order into her tablet. We started with drinks and fried pickles. The straw-eddy Rita was very good and we got a second one later, but the Tito's punch was much too strong. The fried pickles were very dark but not burned, so they probably needed to change the fryer oil. They were still pretty good. We ordered the 6oz sirloin medium rare, what we got was about a 4.5oz medium well/well done steak with a lot of char and barely any juice or flavor. The potatoes were bland and a little rubbery, but the broccoli was decent. We also got the margarita chicken which was overall pretty good. The chicken looked like it had been frozen, but it still kept some moisture and had good flavor. It's understandable to be short staffed and have long waits because of it, but when the food isn't nearly worth the wait there's a problem.
Family friendly resturant. We did have to wait about a half hour to be seated and the place was empty. However, I think like everywhere, they're short staffed. My kids loved it. The food was good. Our waitress was attentive.Food: 5/5
Terrible. I waited 40+ minutes for curbside after the time they said my food would be ready. The food was never brought out. I called, no answer. I went inside and my food was sitting there. Food was terrible. Nothing was fresh. I ordered a kid’s slider meal with fries. Burgers were hard and cold and I could literally count the amount of fries in the container. Original chicken crispers were cold and soggy. Ice was melted in the drinks after she told me they had just been made, and I ordered southwestern egg rolls and only got three when I thought it came with six while paying full price still. This was the worst experience I’ve had here and I’ve been a customer over 20 years. I will never return to this location.
I ordered chicken breast, brought me cold strips of chicken. I said well done steak brought me medium well. Mash potatoes hard and cold. I mentioned Margarita drink too sweet, waitress said u need me to bring bartender here? I strictly said no, just to bring me a house margarita. As waitress did not listen;Bartender approaches our table very disrespectful told me her nationality is russian or watever that means and not only that i did not ask her for that inf. She said ur drink is sour now, I was not sure what she meant. Waitress does not know how to take an order i had clearly ask the exact image on the menu and that was sirloin with shrimp, she brought me a dry sirloin with no shrimp. Obviously was late but still no excuse to act that way, me and husband we’re celebrating his b-day.
I enjoyed my visit. I have a few bad ones but this time my waitress was nice and efficient. Our food was delicious and hot. Drinks were strong. It was a nice evening. I will have to patronize them again!
Had the special that included a drink, soup or salad and entree. The chicken enchilada soup was delicious and the Margarita hit the spot. The portions were good and the Shrimp Fajitas were delicious.Food: 5/5
I am livid. I spent $47 on 3 menu items, only to get half of my fajitas order. No beans,no sour cream, etc, none of the things that usually come with this menu item. Only meat, rice and peppers in this container. And I paid for extra tortillas, that were not in there either. All of it was half cold. I've never gotten the fajitas with all the food in one container like it is tonight. Smh Like, Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants, but lately it's been real hit or miss on the accuracy & quality of food you get from them. Especially when you order to go from them. Worked all day, hungry af, only for them to drop the ball with simple fajitas that's been on the menu for 30 years... Beyond disappointed....again.
I’m so sad I’m done with this location. I understand times are tough & short staff 80% of the time. But 3 times randomly ordering curbside and always missing items. Items that complete your meal. Drinks, sides & extra items purchased. We didn’t even wait long for the curbside. They were fast. But again missing food for the 3rd time. So sad. I hope they get better at this establishment. Use to be amazing!
I ordered from this place through door dash. I ordered a salmon dinner that’s supposed to come with two sides. I picked corn on the cob, loaded mashed potatoes and a house salad. When I got my order I only had a piece of salmon and a bowl of lettuce. I was so hungry that I started eating the salmon before realizing that it was nothing else or other sides in my bag. I will never order from this place again. Very unprofessional and very bold.
What has happened with Chili's? They used to be a nice place to eat with good food. I remember the days when all the tables and booths were full. I've been to 3 different Chili's locations within the past 6 months, Livonia, Canton and Allen Park and they all suck. The service is pathetic. Only one person waiting tables while working the bar at the same time. The service has gotten so bad they only utilize the bar area for seating patrons leaving the rest of the restaurant empty. I don't know of another restaurant that has to do that! You usually have a long wait to get seated, then once you are seated you will have another long wait to get your food because they are also short staffed in the kitchen. The food also has gotten bad. It's either not cooked correctly over or under cooked or not the way you ordered it. I don't know what Chili's is doing different from other restaurants like Red Robin, Olive Garden, PF Changs and Outback just to name a few but those restaurants don't seem to have a problem getting people to work for them. I will never visit a Chili's restaurant again. I would give a zero star rating if I could. They should close all of them. 1
