We enjoyed eating at restaurant. There have nice watch tv, chatting, drink bar and good foods. I ordered quesadilla salad so good ! Confusing, chili shares with outback’s steakhouse in building.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: NoDelivery: No
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I used to love chilis but tonight I went for a quick dinner by myself and it went horribly. I sat for about 25 minutes after getting a table without a single server saying a word to me. Multiple servers had glanced over at me but no one said a word. Finally I got a server to take care of me, she was pretty good but I could tell I wasn’t supposed to be her problem and she seemed stressed. Multiple servers were sitting outside smoking/on their phones instead of working. My food came out freezing cold. I got a steak and it was supposed to be medium rare and it was rare possibly even blue. Nothing felt cooked enough, and no one stopped by to ask me how everything was after my food was given to me for me to tell them it was freezing cold and tasted undercooked. From the time I got my food to the time I left I didn’t see anyone who had helped me, it’s like they all got up and went home. I paid usually the tablet thing and I just left. I probably won’t be going back there ever again.
We were starving when we entered and were served quickly. Appetizers came while we were still ordering the rest of our food. Service was prompt and friendly. This is also the only Chilis I have been to where I have received hot and fresh fries.
SOooooo. The bartender was our server at our booth. He was absolutely amazing and friendly. I just ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was also amazing. I have a big appetite, and I barely finished it. It was a very enjoyable, casual dinner. I appreciate the service and the experience.Food: 5/5
I feel bad saying all of this, Chili’s is generally awesome. Not sure what this location had going on 5/27, but the service was horrible. Half of the restaurant wasn’t being used. The service was horribly slow, at least 20 minutes passed before our waitress spoke with us. The kids macaroni is clearly Kraft, and the mashed potatoes were served on paper? Not sure what is going on here. Perhaps I’m not giving them enough benefit of the doubt, I just know I will never return to this location.
I ordered from door dash. Everything with door dash went fine but my lunch was awful. I ordered the bacon ranch quesadilla and the chicken tasted awful so I moved on to the salad which must have sat for days half of the salad was wilted and had to be thrown out. Very disappointed as Chili's has always been a favorite here. Guess they are going down hill along with the Charleston Town Center Mall.
My husband and I always sit at the bar. Mike is a bartender there and waits on us every time. He has a great attitude and is great at what he does. We enjoy ourselves everytime we come.
Chili's has been around a long time, and it's heyday as one of the best fast casual restaurants is long gone. It has settled into it's stride of mediocrity from people coming for their favorites out of habit. Nothing new or exciting, or even all that welcoming from the bored and glassy eyed hostesses to the seemingly stressed out servers. The menu throws a few twists and variations to the public seasonally, but no amount of adjective bound raves can get past the product: tired fare for people who really don't want a lot changes after all, from servers who would rather be on their phones and often are, to people that can't put theirs down long enough to know they are part of the problem. That being said, when you want a chocolate molten lava cake, you go to the place that introduced it to the world. Even imperfectly prepared and served, it satisfies the most ravenous sweet tooth.
The staff was very friendly and attentive despite being short handed. My ribeye was cooked perfectly but over salted, and our server insisted on taking it back and having it seasoned correctly. The second ribeye was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Everyone at our table of 6 really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!!
I placed a ToGo pickup order for myself and my daughter. When we were told our order would be ready it took another 30 minutes for us to receive our order once we got there. Our order was incomplete, it sat and got cold by the time we got it, and it was undercooked. I ended up with a minor case of food poisoning. When I contacted them through their website, the finally sent me a gift card. But the gift card was for only $15 when our meal was over $30. Feels like an insult for complaining about something that was their fault.
