Came here this past weekend with my boyfriend and two toddler nephews. Our server was really attentive and the food was good. Also, happy hour drinks for $6! You cant beat that!

Fast service with a friendly waitress. I recklessly forgot her name, but her service stood unprecedented. As she worked her tail off during evening rush, the tone she set made the atmosphere chill... While gracefully waiting an entire bar, and table/booths on that entire side of the building... Unexpectedly, she provided excellent customer service to every take while making excellent drinks from the bar! This woman deserves workplace commendation! Currently, turnover rate in the workplace is at a high, so it's understandable that some businesses are not as they once were...The few ones still making it, have fewer employees to run the place. So... it's understandable to me if my waitress forgets to refill a drink/etc... It's hard to get everything right when staff's short-handed and exhausted. This exhaust, due to keeping the company afloat... These employees are the face, backbone, and foundation of the business. Your lucky to have such a gem at this chili's. Unknowingly driving business to your restaurant, when there are so many others in the front yard. I will be back because of her. I can buy a good meal anywhere, but that experience was priceless. ---Also, compliments to the chef!!! The food was deliciously outstanding

I ordered on 12-30-21 for delivery. Was missing one item and called the store to inform them. They took my number and said a manager would call. Never did. That's not why I am writing this review. I ordered a burger with two patties. One patty was cooked fine.. the other was raw. Brown on the outside and absolutely raw on the inside. Not pink, raw and falling apart. Fortunately I had not bitten into it by the time I found out. Used to eat here often. Now can't believe their quality control is so bad now.

Worst dining experience ever. Kids quesadilla looked like it was cooked 3 days ago and reheated in a microwave. The tortilla shell was hard and the cheese was even harder; inedible is putting it lightly. One burger had a hair in it. Southwestern egg rolls were also overcooked or sitting out for too long and then reheated. Waitress was exceptionally rude to another waitress for no reason. Group of four people was seated next to us, waited 20 minutes and finally left because no one ever came to their order. We ended up going next door to Wendy's for a kid's meal since the quesadilla looked like it was dug out of the trash.

I came in today with a party of 4. First, I was told that it would be a 20 minute wait to be seated even though there were empty tables everywhere. I'm a very patient person, so I chose to wait. The wait time turned out to be only 5 mins the ONLY great thing. We ordered 2 appetizers both pictured: 1 the classic nachos w/ beef no jalapeños or black beans which I cannot even begin to describe the look or taste and 2 the skillet queso w/ beef which came out extremely cold and no meat. All of our entrees were nasty, cold, and overly cooked. Unless they hire new cooks and the food changes drastically, I would not recommend anyone to eat here.

I have to say that was not a good time . Coming to visit after years was sad to see how the are have declined. The front doors was so dirty that I thought I am in the wrong place . The quality and service not what it was . Please some one need to get this place back in order . From the cleaning aspect to dress code. The presentation of the food especially. I have to say I am super sad BTW the server was good nothing to do with her .

Love, love, love this place! When I entered the establishment I was greeted by the most delightful clerk nothing but smiles. She inquired the guest amount thus showing us to our desired seating destination and handed us our menus she was so nice! The bathrooms are clean the tables are cozy yet intimate. The food made my eyes roll back in my head because it was excellent and piping hot. I enjoyed every second I was there! I totally recommend this company to everyone!

Y’all!! I avoided eating here for YEARS because of previous reviews but I was really craving good food that I didn’t have to get out the car for because I didn’t have a bra on I have picked up DoorDash from here and it’s usually chaotic so I was very skeptical. I ended up ordering the “ Cajun Chicken Pasta” and Mango Tea,and it’s really good! They didn’t give that much chicken though. So maybe go heavy on the chicken and light on the noodles The wait was average and who looked like the manager to me was killing it! I didn’t catch her name but she was Black with red locs? If Chili’s know like I know, they’ll do their bes to keep her around! Great job! Especially for it to be almost an hour before closing time.

Great food, very fresh and well prepared. We had a Triple Dipper, the Brisket Qusadilla, the kids macaroni with corn, the kids burger with corn, and the pick 3 BBQ offer. The service was good, just needed to ask for napkins a couple of times. Good visit over all. Thx

They had three workers during our visit, they worked very hard to serve all the customers with efficiency, professionalism and politeness.
