Story

Through multiple generations of chefs using family recipes, Peter and Ming opened China Star in 1996 and placed their own spin on creating tasty Chinese cuisine. Together, they made China Star into what it is today: a family restaurant dedicated to providing fast-paced, high quality food with constant menu innovations. Fresh produce and premium cuts of meat are delivered daily to prepare each of our dishes.
