Below road grade location, decorated as expected. Traffic flow was well done however despite no lines when getting there. Food was well prepared and portions seemed on the heavy side...never complain about that.
Cooler interior than other Chipotles I've been to. Good food for a cheap price.
Consistently 10-15 minutes behind on pickup orders. Ordering in-store is much faster. After waiting around, they ask your name and make it on the spot. This is rushed and they almost always get the order wrong. Used to be a good location, not sure if it is because of COVID, but I would steer clear for now.
I love chipotle. They give you a good amount if food for the price so I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The staff is usually nice but one of the cashiers is a little rude. Maybe it's just the language barrier but it seems like she makes snide comments to the other employees instead of interacting with the customer. I go here often though and will definitely keep going
While the staff were very attentive and friendly, it seemed like the restaurant wasn't properly managing their products: they were completely out of black beans, had no prepared chicken or sofritas, and the corn salsa was not Chipotle corn salsa- it was literally just corn without the onions and cilantro in the normal recipe. It was later in the evening and it seemed like they had already tried to close up shop far before they were actually "closed". The customer in front of me ordered a chicken burrito and was still waiting for it to be cooked even after I had gotten my food, eaten and left. That said, it was well taken care of, clean and with ample seating available. It's not exactly conveniently located when it comes to public transportation but is walkable from other stops nearby. I would definitely go back, but hope that they will have their food in stock and not skimp on quality for customers who come later in their operating hours.
Manager Logan is uptight and treats his employees horribly, and then will turn around and act completely different with the customers. However, the cashiers and other workers are friendly and helpful. They are actually the ones working hard to get quality food out
The line FLIES here even when it's out the door, the employees here really work hard. They're also very friendly and typically will remember you if you've been a few times; a nice change of pace for DC. Also, serving sizes here are good even when it's busy, unlike some other Chipotles. The food, like usual, is delicious. Epic!
I love this location..idk what happened with the previous individuals who left ratings but this is by far the best chipotle I've been to. They're very generous with the food & I never had a bad experience with the crew members. I even spoke with the gm Darryl & he was very friendly, has a great sense of humor & even offered to interview me for a crew member position. I feel that if you have a decent attitude coming in, you will be very satisfied leaving out. Just try to remember that the crew members are human beings, they have feelings & they work hard to provide great food & a great experience. And ps...running out of items isn't their fault if hundreds of people come in daily asking for "more chicken"
I've been trying to buy my lunch at this Chipotle place near my work lately to support them knowing that the business has been undergoing difficult times lately. Today I had a late lunch break got to this location at 1:45pm, the place was quite empty - no lunch rush hour line, - just a few people at tables and one person at the counter making her purchase. Despite the very slow time, they were out of chicken what I needed, which made me stand there and wait when the chicken is ready by letting other customers who did not want chicken go before me. This wait allowed me observe how the employees were trying to figure out the order several items that the lady before me requested. There was quite a lot of confusion from their side to figure out what how she needed her order be done.Maybe her order was too complicated although it looked like she requested it online with all the instructions and came pick it up, and it was just not ready, or maybe the place needs a better manager to make sure things are in order. I tend to think it is the latter! Chipotle, you need better service. Especially now that your sales are going rapidly down!
I was visiting from Baltimore looking for a quick bite to eat for the night, stopped in here and the young man working the front was very standoffish. He basically plopped my food in the bowl as I told what I wanted and it was a mess when I got it to my hotel room. Won't be back to this Chipotle.
