Not exactly killing it. While the food is always pretty good, you would expect an attempt at cleanliness. Yes, they are crowded, but a 35 minute wait is better than 30, if you have a clean table to sit at, and place to discard your trash. Smh.
Probably the dirtiest chipotle I've ever seen. Bathroom wear filthy and the garbage cans overflowing. There weren't even that many people there. They were also out of some ingredients and utensils.Food: 3/5
Disappointed. 6:00 on Saturday evening - no plastic ware, no ice, dirty tables. Guy on the grill is on his phone. I am told 10 minutes for chicken. No manager in site. Trash is full. One of the worst Chipotle's I have ever eaten at.
Google says they close at 11, as I’m walking to the door, the security guard locks the door promptly at 10 while the works are almost finished closing down the food line.
The worst experience. There was a guy working there and he was so rude. There was no ice, no lettuce and no lemonade, no straw Everything was but when ask about the ices for the coke the response was so rude. Who would drink a warm coke with no nice and pay for it! And they didn't had problem taking the money when we ordered not knowing about the situation.
It's a disaster, it's really dirty and no one cleans, the trash is so full and no ones do anything to take it out, the bahrooms are really dirty.Food: 5/5
We love chipotle but not this location. Very dirty/unsanitary - overflowing trash, trash everywhere on the floor, and the tables were a hot mess with whatever fluid, sauce or whatnot is in there. The owner needs to hire a busboy. The staff are busting themseves in the counter so I dont think its their fault. I saw other comments regarding complaints of lack of cleanliness on here and it was almost a year old so I guess management didnt care about what customers say. We had to find another place to eat due to this.
This place is so clean, friendly and the food was fresh and taste very good. I sat here and watched the staff quickly restock and clean the counters as well as the floor before the next guest walked in. I have never been to a more clean chipotle before. Great job guys.
Ordered a veggie burrito but walked away without it. They were out of guacamole but no sign notification at the beginning of the order line. Veggie bowls come with guacamole included so guac-leas burrito is a deal breaker for me. I found out there was no guac once my bowl was served, but despite the disappointment I wanted to take it to avoid food waste. So I asked if I could come back for a guac serving another day, or take another side, but the staff was so rude they basically prompted me to leave for even asking. Never coming back to this chipotle. I recommend management speaks to the 4pm staff on 10/30 and improve their terrible costumer service. It’s not hard to let customers know there is no guacamole before they take their order, nor to try to find a solution with the customer instead of just dismissing them and claiming there is a guac shortage.
Online orders are wrong more often than they are right. Sometimes you will be missing entire menu items you ordered, and you are out of luck. No refunds given. The food is usually decent, but I am not willing to roll the dice on whether I will get what I paid for.
