Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love their burrito bowl. It's light, delicious, and the large quantity makes two times meals from one bowl. You can choose a sour cream sauce on the side which would make the burrito bowl somewhat gravy. This restaurant has a big seating area and a lot of parking lots. It gets busy, but still, you will get a place to sit. The staff are very helpful to suggest you if you have any questions.

Found long hair wrapped in my burritopulled it out my mouth. They only offered to remake it. had to file a report via my bank. also the manager john could use some managerial training on how to show empathy when dealing with unsatisfied customers. very rude and passive aggressive.

My wife and I have been patrons of this Chipotle for over a decade. We loved it. However recently we have had some very discouraging experiences. Firstly almost every time we order food from here from the night crew, it doesn't taste as good as it normally does. I mean it's Chipotle, the taste of their food shouldn't ever change or be better or worse but it's not as good as it used to be, to the point where my wife would rather get Tacos A Go Go next door than go to this Chipotle. And today we placed an online order and they completely left out half of my order. I got rice with meat and dairy, no lettuce or salsa or even beans. I'm pretty much over eating here, there's another taco and burrito place right next to it.

Horrible customer service i pay 22$ for a bowl that it was full half and when i talk to complain she start to be rude and she didn’t give me what i want she just ruined my day

Place an order in person instead of online. Selecting “Extra” on the app means nothing to this location.

I'm coming here to eat whatever I want and add anything else I want to my food, so it's none of your business, just shut your mouth and keep your F-words for yourself. If you don't know what to say, it's better to learn to say nothing. Your act made me angry and couldn't enjoy my good food.Food: 4/5

I never write reviews, but i had a horribble experience today so here I am. The chicken was burnt and I had to put triple chicken to get my reguler amount of chicken. When I said I wanted rice she put so little that I was able to see the bottom of the bowl. I asked for triple chicken and rice but still left the place hungry. When we said the portions were so small she insisted that it wasnt and started throwing the scoops aggresively. the manager barely speaks english. we could not get her to understand what was going on. Worst customer service ever. I am paying for this food bruh. You are not doing me a favor.

Claudia said that they couldn’t do Quesadilla but that is a complete lie and and I definitely didn’t have time to argue with her about it. Definitely won’t be back because the customer is trash.

Love the seating and the food!

The last two times I have ordered for online delivery I payed for chips and queso BUT NO CHIPS!!! So am I supposed to eat my queso with my fingers?!!! Check your cashiers bc Chipotle is turning into trash!
