Tried the plant-based chorizo and it was pretty damn good. On top of that, burrito was tight and packed the way it should be. Great experience for a late afternoon stop by. Well done!
While ordering my food, I had to make a reference several times about the portions being so small. I even mentioned that I felt like the server was giving me a child's plate. Worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. If I can give less than a 1-star I would definitely never eat at this establishment again. Not this store. Food: 1/5
Picked up dinner, opened my carnitas bowl it looked like I ordered for a toddler. One small scoop of beans and rice sprinkled some carnitas on top. So disappointing in their customer care.
Staff very rude and this is how the “manager” wraps a burrito. Will never go back to this location. If you don’t like your job get a new one
Nothing personal, not narrative just facts, just not worth the money, wait or stress. Pandemic practices and poor management has killed this operation. Quality n service went down while prices went up. It’s not the staff’s fault. This shop is overwhelmed. Can’t handle no line, lines, pickup orders, can’t roll a burrito and food is cold before served and under cooked every time. Wish it was different, but hey even its head quarters office left colorado.
I’ve never had a good experience here. It’s dirty, slow, they stand around more than they work. It would be redeemable if the food was good. But that’s dry and the portions seem way too small. One of my least favorite locations
Order was confirmed for 7:50. It’s 8:05. The employee at the register can’t even tell me if they will ever make my order? They keep serving the line though. Operations here are a complete mess Recent positive reviews here are pretty suspicious if you ask me.
Waited in line for 30 min for them to serve a total of 6 people and catch an attitude bc i wanted extra fajitas. Its a veggie bowl - you add them to protein bowls at no charge? Skimped on lettuce too? Idgi everytime i go to a chipotle regardless of location lately its like this.
My few experiences here have been bad. Bad service and food that's not up to the standard I'm used to from Chipotle. Would recommend going to another location.Food: 1/5
Overall this place is fine. The food is good. But they need to be more organized and efficient. Staff are nice, but not overly friendly or customer service oriented. Store is clean. I came in one day and the person ahead of me was standing, waiting to be served. I don't know how long he had been waiting, but while I was behind him, it was at least another 10 minutes. There was only one employee making the orders and she was working on on-line or call in orders. Finally another employee came out and started to help us, the person in front of me ordered a quesadilla and then when I left the store, he was still waiting for it. My son went in the other day for a veggie bowl and they were almost completely out of veggies. 1/25/2023: Bad experience. Female worker at 5:50pm with glasses, no name tag appears to take orders personally. Asked for more rice, which I was willing to pay for as I wanted more than 1/4 cup. Previously I witnessed orders ahead of me getting huge scoops of meat. Due to asking for more rice and apparently irritating worker, she purposely put a tablespoon of meat on my bowls I ordered. Very unprofessional. The food is not coming out of her pocket. Consistency is key. The scoops they were handing out could have easily been charged double meat, but ask for a decent amount of rice and you would have thought I had offended the worker. I had 3 stars. After today, one star. And I paid $24 for two meals. Not sure I will return.
