Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like chipotle in general yet this was the worst location I’ve ever been to. I had to tell the staff twice that there are no utensils or tissues by the counter but most importantly it’s very poorly maintained. All tables are dirty, there is food on the tables on the floor, tissues etc just atrocious.

Very slow service, undertrained and rude employees. I was there for lunch at around 2pm, had to repeat my order several times because the guy taking my order either couldn't understand or just ignoring me for whatever reason. I ended up have to ask somebody else for help, the woman on the register was very kind and helpful if it weren't for her I would have give this place zero star. I understand not everyone speak English, but the fact that he was giving me attitude for repeating my request to him because he was ignoring me is unacceptable.

I've eaten at chipotle in general, but this location dropped the ball so hard. Gross, watery, cold food that made the bottom of my tray sopping wet. Portion control and quality are clearly something the staff do not care about it

Haven't been here in a while, but won't be ordering from here ever again. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:50 pm... wasn't ready until 1:59 pm. 7 people running around with no sense of urgency and forget about being friendly.

I’ve lived In the Seaport for 3 years now. If it wasn’t for the convenience, I wouldn’t EVER come here. This place is TERRIBLE! The workers do not care about making quality food and don’t even try to get your order right. I constantly get my orders incorrect, cold and uneatable/ have to throw it away. Chipotle is a great restaurant, BUT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!

Not a good experience. Restaurant was littered with garbage on every table. Service was slow. My burrito was wrapped horribly. It looked like the person who made it had no idea what they were doing. It tasted OK. My worst Chipotle experience ever though.Food: 2/5

Large portion, good taste, reasonably priced. Was busy long line at lunch but we got through it pretty quick.

The girls serving today are so rude , they didn’t serve chicken and salsa even though they have it on their takeaway serving counter , they also charged extra. Bad service

Unfriendly place . Server was rude and i had to throw the food as didn’t feel like eating after her rude behavior to me. Management should do something about this.

Cashier took my order and didn't even offer me a bag to put my food in, he just walked away . I will never ever be coming back to this location.
