Chipotle Mexican Grill

Theyre just soo stingy, im not even kidding I live 2 minutes away from this Chipotle and every single time I decide to drive to the one thats 10 minutes away because they give so much more!! The portions are so little here, not only that theyre always rushing you I asked for extra beans and the lady told me “what protein I need to put that first” so I told her chicken and then she passed the bowl to the other lady and she started asking me if I wanted pico or anything like that and I said huh?… tf what about my fajitas and extra beans?… its not bad tho chipotle is chipotle ‍ also the other chipotle is fresher first photo is other chipotle second photo is this chipotle

Staff is always nice and accommodating ever time I come in which is 3-5 a week. The cook staff makes the food with more flavor than other Chipotle's. Parking: Park on side of building by See's.

This Chipotle is wild you got 1 person prepping food while there are literally 6 other people behind the glass just straight yapping to each other. Seriously, a line will be out the door and you got 1 person prepping the orders, stressed and under portioning servings; then you got 1 person on cash looking lost; another person who puts the food in the bag, between the register and the prep line who I guess is the price police to make sure to sharpie your order because god forbid you don’t pay for the guac, and 2 people undercooking the rice and over cooking the protein in the back. What is actually going on in this location? It’s insane and the prices for the portions aren’t worth.

Came here on a Friday and was greeted poorly workers were gossiping about a customer that had just came in , ordered a bowl with extra steak to only find out half of my steak was chewy and unedible fat piecespictures bow viewer description is advised would not come here againFood: 1/5

Conveniently located at Camelback and Central ave. All the ingredients are super fresh with authentic flavor. A burrito is a combination of many healthy options, love the flavor! This location is spotless and the staff there were helpful and welcoming.

I walked in and employees were talking to their friends on the other side of the counter, as I walked up all of the employees that were up at the front of the area walked to the back. Short time later another employee came up to the front to take my order. They took my order, began making the burrito by just kind of flinging everything onto the tortilla. Then I asked for an item that they were apparently out of in that area. I can see that they had it over at their online order counter and asked if they could provide some from there. Their response was no we have to save that for online order. So you have imattentive employees who are more concerned with the chatting with their friends and showing them pictures on their phones then assisting customers, you have items that are not available because you've run out of them at the interior part of the restaurant yet when you have that item on your online order area you refuse to provide it to the person standing in front of you asking for that item because you MIGHT need it for an online order. Apparently customer service has gone by the Wayside

How is there a 20 minute wait in a line of cars that have all pre-ordered our food? What's the point of taking time to order online and arriving at the designated time only to wait for 20 minutes? I sat at the window for almost 5 minutes, being ignored by 8 employees. I could literally see my food sitting on the shelf, ready, with many other orders, getting cold.

I've been here a few times and I feel a few small fixes can make this a good chipotle location. I usually have complaints about the food being overcooked and the staff being unfriendly but recently the food has been better. Giving it 2 stars since the staff always looks like they don't want to be there and they don't seem to stay on top of their prepped food and area.

I was like, cool, never been to this location. Let me check it out. Clean, very quiet. I get home about to enjoy my guacamole, and I start eating it to bit into the skin of the avocado. I got so sick on my stomach. Chipotle used to be my favorite fast food spot. But they have been disappointing me lately.Food: 1/5

The worst customer service I have encountered so far with Chipotle. Staff behaves as though they’re doing me a favor. It’s the other way around. We chose to patron your establishment. We are doing you a huge favor, considering there are several other eateries in this business corner. We will not return to this specific location ever. We will pass on our horrible experience to our friends and church family just up the street.
