Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was welcomed by a wonderful woman named "Q" when I arrived for a late-night meal with my family on October 29, 2024. We had a wonderful conversation about her many years at Chipotle and how much she loves the company. Her ability to multitask while serving our food and tending to another customer on the door dash was very impressive, and she was always smiling. I will definitely be returning to this location for her great service. — Thank you Q

To show I'm not exaggerating, this is a pic of the portion of dressing they give you with your salad at this location. The dressing has always been low, but wow. The owner or manager of this location must be cheap af. They just lost our future catering orders. We're not giving this place any more of our business. I get that you guys had to make all your portions less, burritos, serving size, etc. But the dressing, really?

This location is open until 22:00. We showed up at 21:20. They were pouring cleaning chemicals and water all over the floor to get ready to close. There was no way we wanted to eat in there when it smelled of floor cleaner. I LOVE Chipotlé! This is in no way a complaint on the food in any way. If you advertise that you close at 22:00, start cleaning at 22:00. Or, close at 21:00 and clean at 21:00.”

Tiny portions lol not sure what was going on but they were extremely stingy . Very flat energy, understaffed and not really effective in their work ethic. Normally chipotle is pretty good about giving you the value of what you are paying for . Paid $30 and had two bowls that were less than half full. Had to continue to ask for rice to get a portion that actually made sense. The first scoop she did, she tried to flatten and then spread it through the bowl to make it look full. … it was WEIRD and I won’t be back.

I love Chipotle -and know this is a good location being close to the strip but not crowded. But this one was a little disappointing because of state of the dining tables and floor. It just wasn’t too clean in the dining area, maybe there were just too many people, but it wasn’t that busy when I was there. It does have very easy parking and the food was good as always, the price is the same as every other Chipotle maybe I just hit them on a bad day, but it has caused me to choose other places instead of this location.

Mistakenly ordered my fiancés lunch to this location as it is closest to my work at the same time of ordering my actual lunch. Went to pickup my lunch, and spoke to the store GM Lisa about the issue. She called the GM at the location I meant to place my fiancés order and got them to make it versus reversal of transaction and needing to reorder. I come here often, and they are always fast, friendly, and welcoming. Facility is always clean as well! Thanks again Lisa, you’re the GOAT!

$3.00 for a small coke bottle. I haven’t been to chipotle in a while. Well I realize why! Y’all cutting me short! My chicken bowl barley had any chicken. Like $9.40 for lettuce and rice and beans and some veggies. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would have ordered a veggie bowl!!! Any who not happy with the quantity! If I’m paying 10.00 bucks for a chicken bowl please give me some more chicken!

Thieves who never give you your full order. I've ordered here three times, three times I've spent 30+ minutes trying to get refunded for missing items. Call the store for District Manager, they just leave you on hold. The epitome of low class and low quality work ethic. I'd fire everyone and start over at this point.

Walked in for an order online that was done about 5 minutes before i got there however the order wasnt on the shelf. No big deal, its not done. 5 minutes pass so ill go ask since the email says my order is done A random woman walks in front before i can interact with the person putting together online orders. No problem, im patient and can wait. They talk for about 10 minutes in front of me. “Its okay, maybe shes mad about an order and needs to get it rectified”. Welp the girl and the blonde chipotle employee were just hanging out having a good ol chat about their friends and when they last saw x friend. Its okay though because she noticed i was waiting so she asked and i was handed my order that was ready for the last 15 minutes. I had another order so she asked me to wait just a moment for her to grab the 2 bags of chips…. Then she starts talking to the friend for about 5 more minutes until i told them that i wanted my order. It really sucks that i have to but put in the most karen situation ever because this person was too preoccupied with high school talk while the rest of the crew was obviously hard at work tackling the line. Id imagine the other dishes this employee had lined up and unfinished werent going to get done anytime soon but i guess its not my problem

The woman that was making the bowls and burritos was doing great. She was making extra big portions. However the rest of the staff was slacking. The food items on thr line needed replacement and the lobby was a mess. The drinks needed maintenance and the tables were dirty. There was also no salt and pepper or hot sauce.Food: 5/5
