Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Staff is beyond rude, lazy, and screw up orders. Not to mention the food prep area is often covered with food scraps and a total mess. I've even caught them a few times trying to add items to my bill that I never ordered. Don't even think about ordering online because it's always wrong or missing items. I just had an order arrive that was missing items and the quesadilla was barely cooked. The cheese wasn't even melted in parts. Also, don't expect them to answer the phone either.

Ordered the food online with beverage. When I got there their beverage machine was broken. The cashier told me they only had lemonade. So I did fine because that's what I initially ordered. Well, with my painful ankle I went back to find no ice and NO lemonade. Ugh.. I had to walk back to the cashier and she gave us ice from the back and a bottled Mexican Coca-Cola. In addition, by the time I got to my truck my food was cold. My steak tacos had pieces of freakin chicken. Overall, I will NOT be going there again and I'm calling the company because that was almost $40 for Horrible food and lack of information of food availability online.

bad service! I often eat at Chipotle chain, have been to many places and this was the first place where the service was rude, the chicken was tough with veins that you could feel on your teeth!

THE stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever been too. $9.42 for two VERY small scoops of chicken and a literal side of rice. Every other chipotle I go to will charge me a side of rice even if it’s in a separate bowl, but not this one. They literally scooped a “side of rice” out of the bowl and threw the rest of the rice away. WHAT A WASTE! The chicken was cold too. I’ll never come back to this Chipotle

Awesome staff- very nice and my kid fell in love with chipotle. The whole “make your own taco” kids meal is brilliant. Fast and friendly

This is how a cheese quesadilla is delivered from Chipotle Court st on seamless I think they have run out of cheese. Don’t bother!

This is the rice that we were given when we ordered food last week. She never asked us if we wanted meat. She was clearly not ready to work.

The sofritas are my absolute favorite! It's a great location to eat quick before a movie at Regal UA Court Street theater.

5 stars for the staff that made my bowl. Usually they put the sauces either to the side, top, or bottom but the lady here centered all of them perfectly.

The service here is unacceptable. The price increase yet the food decreased in portions. I ordered a bowl and the brown rice was low, why did he give me one scoop? All he had to do was say ‘we have some brown rice coming please give us a second so I could give you a better serving.’ Did I mentioned the soda was flat and the ice machine does not work
