Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is good, but it's never made correctly. I have called before but realize nobody wants to make it right. Talk to the delivery driver and he confirmed that the Lovejoy location makes the orders wrong all the time. I pay for addons but never get them. This time I wanted to try the Cali rice, instead got white rice.

It’s a ghost town here, thanks to the take out only mandate. But I was pleasantly surprised that ordering my food 75 minutes prior to pick up didn’t change the quality. I had been concerned that it might sit out for 10-15 minutes before I arrived, but it was just like ordering and eating there.

Great Chipotle location, fast service and great tasting food. I really like the layout of the restaurant too, it doesn't feel too crowded like some of them do. There is a very cool bike rack outside of the store that is modeled after the Fremont bridge which is nearby

I have ordered food and had it be from this location more than once, never again, my orders were either wrong, cold, and not correct in some other way. The final straw is this last order, the burrito was literally half the size it normally is and my bowl more than half the rice isnt even cooked. Worst store in the area.

Great customer service just to start off. Was greeted before the door closed behind me and it was genuine. Food was fresh and they gave some love on my food which always makes it cool. Definitely going to this Chipotle again.

Outstanding location for mexican food. The staff was friendly and sociable. Bring your hunger - portions are filling. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.

Standard go-to when I'm looking for quick, fresh and tasty.

Mexican food here - super good. The service here is above par. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.
