If u need a good haircut and want to save some money - this is the best salon for it. Visiting it for more than 2 years, every time i am happy with the result, everyone is polite and doing their best to help u with ur choice of a haircut. The guy who did my blow dry was rude, disgusting, and obnoxious from the second I stepped foot into the place. I would never return here, I’m short of reporting them to the BBB. There are at least 10 other salons that I’ve tried that are much better between Coney Island and Ocean Avenue on Ave U. This is the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip at a salon. Highly recommend avoiding this horrid place at all costs. And forget customer service training, this person needs to get therapy, especially if he’s regularly exposed to customers. His behavior is bordering dangerous. I should’ve listened to the other review I read stating that. Definitely avoid!

THE WAIT IS WORTH IT!! Despite being busy, May and Jennifer still took their time to ensure that my hair was well taken care of! May took her time to discuss the condition of my hair the best options for it. May could've easily pushed and suggested for the more expensive services but she really took into consideration what I wanted and what was best. I wanted a burgundy color and she went out of her way to meet me half way. We did what she recommended and she added some red to give me a deep red brown color. I am beyond happy with the outcome and have received compliments on my hair. The color is even all through out. I was in awe to see how busy they were. There were only 3 stylists there and so many clients coming in. What stood out to me the most was their ability to manage a full house and still provide undivided attention to each client. May cut and blow dryer my hair. Jennifer provided me with the color and wash. Occasionally May would swing by and check in on my coloring process. I am in love with Salon and am excited to have found a salon that not only meets my needs but has a wonderful staff who are passionate and dedicated at what they do!

I’ve been here twice, 2 years apart and both times, I had a good experience. Hair washing is very nice and relaxing. The girls they have spend a good amount of time washing and massaging. The person cutting my hair listens to what I want and delivers exactly what I want. The salon is clean; I witnessed them cleaning their tools after a client left. I think prices are fair.

Great and attentive service!! The prices are very reasonable. I come here for all hair services and I always have a great experience. Being coming here for 5 years and I recommend this place. BEST flexible to make appointments and most of the time they accept you as a walk-in. Sketchy place don’t see everyone license on wall. Products are from Chine if u want your hair colored bring your own yea or European hair color. Confirm price right before they do it.

I ended up in this salon by pure chance. My wife was there for a cut, color etc. I got there too early to pick her up and ended up waiting and waiting. I asked a stylist for a cut while I was waiting. I was pretty happy with it. I've returned to this place a few times now. Each time a different stylist helped me. I m pretty happy with the results.
