Chocolate Box

This place is so cute. We tried the "Washington Reds" wine flight and it was delicious paired with the recommended chocolates. Chris waited on us and he was wonderful. Very charming and polite. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Seattle

After spending the morning at the aquarium chasing my toddler around, dodging screaming school group kiddos, hitting Pike Place at the lunch rush hour and climbing up that steep hill with a stroller, the Chocolate Box was EXACTLY what we needed. We completely stumbled across this location by accident.. stopped to catch our breath after that hill. The employee was super friendly and invited us to do a wine and chocolate tasting. Why not?! Dude was passed out in his stroller and we wanted a few moments of peace. I chose the Washington flight and hubby the sweet flight. Chocolate was delicious and paired well with the wines. Dude woke up mid tasting and after devouring a piece of chocolate, yelled "yay!" And promptly fell back asleep (apparently he approved of the chocolate and he IS a chocoholic). Unfortunately, that was THE ONE piece of chocolate I REALLY wanted to sample.. sacrifices. A tour stopped by during our visit and we listened in. Kinda bummed to see everyone sample, get a coupon for 1/2off a tasting then leave without purchasing anything! Since dude was snoring at this point, hubby and I decided to get the sipping chocolate. AMAZING. This place was a little gem! Will be back on our next visit to Seattle!!!!

This was my first time here. Nice selection (local and imports). Single origin sipping chocolate was delicious. Nathan was awesome with all the customers, young and old. Will definitely return.

The chocolate is amazing, the wine is delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. They offer a class on how to make chocolate, which is really enlightening. Plus they pair wine and chocolate to create an experience you won't get in other places. This is a must visit place if you are near Pike Street in Seattle. It's not cheap, but the prices are with it.

Extremely expensive chocolate, but it's great! They also have wine and chocolate pairings... Will be going back soon and will update this review.
