Chocolate on a Mission produces wonderful chocolate goodies that help us help others! Through our chocolate, others get the "sweet" opportunity of a fresh start. We are owned by River of Life Mission, a faith-based non-profit org.

Story

Chocolate On A Mission is a great little chocolate shop located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
We've been open since October 2011 & our awesome Chocolatier, Ana, has over 20 years of experience.

Most of our goodies are made with a special house blend of premium dark & milk chocolate. Product offerings range from chocolate covered fortune cookies to beautiful assorted gift cubes. We do personalized favors, corporate gifts & even fundraisers.

Our newest delights come in the form of six beautiful premium chocolate bars from the Footprints in the Sand & Lauhala lines.

These great chocolate items can be enjoyed while also helping us to help others.

Our shop is owned by the River of Life Mission, a faith-based non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in Honolulu. We are part of the job training & reintegration arm of what they do.

Their mandate is to restore broken lives through Rescue, Rehabilitation & Reintegration services, with no regard to race, religious beliefs, gender, or age, all in the name of Jesus Christ.

I ordered a bunch of chocolate covered fortune cookies for my daughter’s birthday. So pretty and SOOO good!! Perfect combination of crunch and chocolate! Not overly sweet - perfect. Extremely good customer service with Ana. She helped me with my order and brought my order curbside, which was boxed very nicely and with care. Feels good to know that my purchase also helps to pay for meals of those in need at the River of Life Mission. 100% recommend:
Delicious chocolate with a wonderful mission! The ginger dark chocolate bark is my favorite. They have a great service where they will meet you outside if you prepay for the chocolate. I usually park in the metered parking on Maunakea and N Kukui and walk over. I love to give these chocolates as gifts, but I always buy extra for myself to eat!
The chocolates were delicious and the gift box made a great souvenir for a visiting friend. Not to mention their great mission lead by kind and wonderful workers!
Wonderful customer service and truly delicious, high quality chocolates. Our favorites are definitely the mini mint cookies, chocolate covered wafer rolls, orange infused cranberry chocolates, and the Macadamia nut crisps. Wow! Made with love and benefitting a wonderful cause. Everyone should try! :
I ordered chocolate fortune cookies, and they were delicious....cute, too! Due to the fact that my order wasn't ready on time, they gave me free chocolate- covered pretzels. Yum! The big drawback is that it's very hard to get in and out. U have to knock on the Family Center door and wait for an employee to let you in, then wait for another to take you to the 3rd floor in a hand- crank elevator. For all that hassle, I'd still go back to purchase some of the best chocolate I've ever had.
Knowing that Chocolate on a Mission help those help others is always a positive thing! My favorite item to purchase is the "Savory Box." This "gift box" contains a little bit of everything! I usually send this to families & friends because the price is just right!!!
Very impressed with what I saw on my tour through the building. They run a very clean facility and definitely make the best chocolate I’ve ever had. I don’t normally care too much about sweets but their chocolate sticks out to me and I love it when my girlfriend brings me the chocolate dipped mangoes that they make.
I've ordered the half chocolate covered shortbread cookies as favors for a baby shower that I've co-hosted; it comes individually wrapped, they were a great addition and very delicious! Definitely recommendable. Mahalo, I'll be back!
Fantastic chocolate handcrafted with aloha... and for a worthy cause! The profits from their business go toward ministering to the addicted, the homeless, and the abused. I’ve tried their chocolate dipped cookies, their candy bars, and their chocolate fortune cookies yummmm!. World class product... on a mission!
Wonderful chocolates! I purchased them for gifts and then had to go back and get some for myself! Great friendly staff... even curbside service!
