Choice Home Care has an awesome staff who will not only help find a good caregiver but will also work with a family to ensure that the care is first-rate once they start. They were very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. They gave me peace of mind that my father was being looked after since I did not live locally and could not be there for him myself. They were always available by phone and took as long as needed to talk with me and give me reports on my dad's progress. They made things easier for my family during a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend them for caregiving needs.

Screwed up my respite hours like 3 times. 1 time no one showed up. Another time they said they were not going to send any one and they sent someone at the last minute without telling me, and the person got lost to top it off. The last time person was late for an hour. Receptionist who claimed to be a supervisor sounded like she could not care less. Stay away!!!!

I have worked for them for many years and their staff are amazing. Even when there is an error or I cant get through with my timesheet, they do their best to correct and pay me. I work for other agencies and they always pay on time.
They got me a job working with a fantastic family and are always available by phone! Very happy to work here
