Choice Pet - Fairfield

I was so happy with my experience today at Choice Pet in Fairfield. My dog is sometimes hesitant to go into the bath, but the employees all helped to get him in by using toys and kindness. Thank you so much for making our experience so easy and pleasurable

Absolutely the worse pet store you can use. They treat their employees like garbage, not giving them breaks, scheduling them 13-14 hrs shifts alone. Also, they do not care about animals only money, they schedule people all day knowing they have a dog at home to take care off, their response “ oh well we are a business, we are about money not animals.” There are a lot of places to buy your dog food so I’m urging you to chose a place that actually cares about your animals and the employees who work for them and try to bring you the best possible experience for your pets. The DM Tony and the owners Rick and Larry do not care about their employees and they constantly take advantage and abuse their mangers and employees. You have a choice to take your business elsewhere and I strongly urge you too. If you want to support that company that actually cares about animals and humans shop somewhere else.

The staff are so friendly. My golden Maggie loves to go shopping here and get extra attention from the staff she always seems to end up with a new stuffed toy

Such a cute store. I went in and was greeted and asked if I need any help. Staff helped make great selections. They have cute cake batter for dog birthdays which was great to know for my pups birthdays.

Very helpful staff. I had been searching for a food my dog with allergies would eat. They supplied me with multiple samples, all grain free and we found one she loves. I had been to other pet stores and had bought countless small bags of food searching for something she would eat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Yecenia is the best!! I can’t begin to tell you how many times she has helped me with both my dogs and cats. She gives great advice and I rely on her heavily for it, she is a great asset to the company

I have been shopping at the Choice Pet Fairfield store for all my dogs over 3 years now and could not be more pleased. Their selection of food, treats, toys and accessories is excellent and always top quality. What I like most about shopping here is the unparalleled customer service I receive and the knowledge of products the staff possesses. Everyone is always upbeat, happy to help and make recommendations. Highly recommend this store for a very personalized pet shopping experience.

The new dog washing station is amazing! They have everything including towels and a blow dryer. I was really impressed and will be back to use it again. Great prices on wet and dry dog food. I plan to purchase all my dog food needs here.
