I purchased a few last minute holiday gifts online from Chop Suey Club located in NYC. I live in Iowa, in the Midwestern portion of the US. The order was shipped promptly and the package arrived with time to spare! All items were packaged really well, done so with care and attention to detail. The aesthetic appeal of the packaging itself adds even more awesomeness to this purchase! Additionally, the unique variety and versatile selection of merchandise available is fantastic. Earrings broke after three wears, after some persistence I finally got them to exchange and send me a new one. And then they sent a broken replacement : Poor quality it seems, disappointed.

I like to support small businesses but the service is just not there. The item isn’t shown as advertised and I required to return my purchased item twice, yet none of their people responded my email EVER. I suggest to either check the item at store or just don’t buy from them at all cause their customer service is a nightmare.
