My first experience. I preordered through the app and ordered the warm chicken tinga bowl. I didn't check my bowl till I got back to my hotel and there is no chicken or quinoa in my salad! Very disappointed!

This place is a great spot for cheap and delicious salads! Chopt has a great variety of salads and warm bowls. The Harvest bowl is wonderful! Super easy to order ahead online and swing by to pick up. You can also directly order through Google Maps and the order integrated directly to your Google account and Google Assistant for real-time updates. I wish I visited them more often!

I am a Chop't junkie and despite the long lines and sometimes price, it is a great salad place. All of the mix-ins are fresh and they make great seasonal salads that will fill you up for hours and hours. Since I am a vegetarian, I think my salads are always a bit cheaper than the ones with meat, but either way it is worth the $10. They have a good loyalty program and if you go often enough you can score a free salad. If you are looking for a pre-made one of the menu, my go-to is the Santa Fe Mexican salad.

A really great place for a good salad at lunch hour. Order ahead, and they’ll have your salad or bowl waiting for you on a shelf, ready to grab without any human interaction. Quick, easy, and tasty.

This Chop't is always crowded no matter what time you go and even though there are a team of people behind the counter, the employees seem lost and overwhelmed handling three orders at a time. What this means? - 1 good luck if you deviate off the standard menu because that throws everyone into panic mode or 2 if you do happen to order something standard, something will be missing. I honestly don't think I have ever gotten one of my orders right here. It's frustrating because you only realize it after you get back to work. Your chances are slightly better ordering online and picking up. I understand they are trying to get people in and out fast but accuracy should matter too.

Same salad different taste- I always order spicy green papaya in most Chop't locations I go to. At this location, the ingredients tasted old. Also, the person making the salad did not even know the ingredients. I had to remind him to add rice crackers. I now can relate to all the other reviews on this particular location. Skip this location and spend your money elsewhere. PS as I was writing this review, I saw one of their employees wiping the tables WITH HIS BARE HANDS!

Please 1 Let customers know that there are limit of toppings, even after they ask, 2 Chop the spinach base more. 3 Mark the items when there are multiple orders.

This location is a bit depressing to me. Very dull-ish inside. The inside is white but it has no energy. No "up" feeling. If you know what I mean. Kinda needs a up grade. The chop girl was not putting my ingredients in my salad everything was falling on the floor ..she was nice though.
