Outside of the price for extras, Chopt doesn't disappoint. The amount of options and freshness is uo to par. I stick with the sesame dressing but others are good. Only thing I wish is that their olive selection was larger.
Staff friendly and quick. My first time here. Chose the asian crunch. The chicken is shredded into molecular sizes, so it feels like you aren't getting any. Got what appeared to be enough dressing, totally wasn't. Overall, this is a bland salad with nothing actually crunchy. Just salad. Not worth the high price at all.
Ladybug in my salad salad was eaten indoors so the big came in tje salad from the store. Wasn't offered a refund. Clearly will not eat here again.
High quality ingredients in the fresh salads that you can build and mix. Clean and organize place.
I have never been disappointed in my Chopt experience. I always stay with their salads so I can't say anything about their warm bowls. Fresh and tasty salads!
Chop't offers made to order salads that are fresh and expensive, with seasonal and hot offerings as well. Pretty decent offering of the chain, located midtown east, very focused on grinding out the lunch rush. The line here isn't ever too bad once it goes outside less people queue - and they work through it pretty quickly. As for other factors, kept fairly clean, rapid turnover during lunch which is good, some seating options some individual tables, a few counters, and a few booths, and pretty standard and pricey selection as offered elsewhere. Not a bad choice, tends to be slightly less crowded probably 10 min. wait or so during lunch rush than other midtown locations.
Quick service on delicious salads. Everything you need to create your own or choose from one of the many predesigned salads they've got to offer. Prices are good and the quality is nice. This location unfortunately has bad service. Limited interaction and no questions asked. Just made the salad and rang me up. I would expect this during a busy lunch hour, but there were only 4 people in the store. In the end my salad wasn't even chopped...which I thought was a given due to the name. For next time I guess I'll know to ask for that.
I was excited to come back and see my favorite cashier Michelle but only to see that she was gone! The service was great as always up until I got to the register. I encountered a new cashier I had never seen before and she was really rude. I left my salad on the counter and when I went to give it to her she snatched it from me. Worst customer service EVER! The other cashiers were just looking at her and apologized to me. I wanted to talk to management and she said why and said they were busy. She was short and a cashier I had never seen before. My friends have also told me about their experience with her before now I know it is true. I am in such disbelief. That was my favorite location! Now I will begin going to the one on the west side.
Headed here for lunch to try the most popular salad, the Santa Fe. It was about 90% iceberg lettuce, 5% cheese and 5% other ingredients. For $12 a pop, unless you’re look for a pretty bland overpriced salad, go elsewhere. 5 stars for the staff though!
Today I went there to pick-up my salad and realized I had ordered from a different location, which was 3 block away. They immediately offered to make me the same salad I ordered with no charges. Excellent customer service and the salads are delicious!! My favorite place for salads and wraps.
