Have used Chores to Doors a few times already in fact just used them today. In short, the service that they provide is second to none. Never had a bad experience! I travel out of state and they have been a lifesaver from me for varies items such as paying a bill for me to even dropping off food or misc items to my family. I find their pricing to be competitive and will continue to use them for many years to come.
In the past I had really enjoyed using this company. However, yesterday an employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and claimed that I purposely selected the wrong delivery fee to try and cheat the system and pay less money. He/she also said they would send me a refund & they would not deliver me food even if I recompleted my order online because I was "out of their delivery range". In the past, they have delivered to my neighborhood several times and I live 3.5 miles from the business address. Will not be using them again. Glad Postmates is an option!!
They are awesome. They came all the way to Moore at 2am. And brought me taco bell.exactly what i order with plenty of napkins and different sauces.They did better than if i would of went myself. And the driver was just as nice as could be. I will be calling them again
They are always fast and very very courteous! I even had a ton of groceries delivered at 2 am and he was the nicest he could have been! ALWAYS tip them as much as you can. They really do deserve it for all they do. I love Melissa, btw
I used to love Chores to Doors but the service has gone downhill substantially. The latest bad encounter was tonight when I placed a small and simple order and was quoted an hour wait time. At 1.25 hours, I hadn't heard anything so I asked for an update. They then said it would be 45 minutes meaning a total of 2 HOURS. When I expressed concern and asked why I wasn't informed or the substantial delay, their response was "Would you like to cancel your order?" Yep, that's all they said. What a huge lack of customer service and just plain disrespect!!! I have always loved supporting local businesses but I'll be using Postmates from here on out.
Honestly, I am very disapointed with this service. We have ordered from them 7 times now for our office 3-4 of us ordering and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been wrong. Not only does it take them atleast an hour and a half but every order has been missing items. The worst experience we had using chores to doors was for a party we had planned for a fellow coworker. I called right at 9 when they opened and asked them to go to the dollar tree for ten balloons. Two hours had passed and they still hadn't shown up yet so I called and the women said she would contact the associate. Another hour had passed and still no balloons so we called again and we were told they read the order wrong and only picked up two and had to go back for the rest. When they finally showed up after the party was over, he told me the dollar tree was out of a specific kind and they had to go somewhere else where the balloons were a few dollars more. Instead of calling and asking if that would have been ok they did it anyways and expected us to just pay for it. One of the balloons was popped too. This is how bad almost all of our orders have been. Also we have called all of those times and not once have they mentioned that past a certain point in okc they up your delivery charged. NOT IMPRESSED!! I have spread the word about chores to doors to SO many people and we will not be recommending again.
I've used there texting feature for food and it works just like if I were to go get the food myself. Instructions followed to the t for picky orders. Only wish for perfect score is to give an ETA for delivery but other than that it's worth it especially for this single dad stuck at home with the kids in bed.
Firehouse Subs Quail Springs has been using Chores to Doors for our delivery service for several weeks now and they are always on time and accomodating, extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.
The drivers are always friendly and the speed of delivery is excellent. I've had food delivered and can't wait to have my groceries delivered too. I love this service!
Delivered once, got my order wrong. Second time, told me they didn't deliver to the exact same address to which they'd previously delivered
