It is a very friendly Episcopal church in Georgetown. Services daily with four every Sunday and an extra one, Evensong, twice a month. In the sumner they use the garden/courtyard for service. Several ways to get involved if you desire but no pressure to. They also have a thrift shop for household items. The history of the church is incredible too with Francis Scott Key being one of the founders in 1817.

beautiful liturgy and music...Rev. Cole gives intelligent, and thoughtful sermons...the other ministers are very good as well....There is a much appreciated seminar series on religious issues, at 10 AM Sundays, given by highly educated and fine speakers, and has an audience that is very knowledgeable.. Can't say enough good things about this church.

Back in the 1970s when I lived in Washington, I used to occasionally attend services at Christ Church, which is an Episcopal church.
I found it a bit stuffy and the congregation perhaps too social. Still, I enjoyed the traditional service and organ and choir music.

This is my parish. I highly recommend it.
