THERE IS NOTHING CHRISTIAN ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR HOW THEY RUN IT!!! I lived at the country village apartments in peoria Arizona for 4 years and am totally disgusted with the way they run things. The managment is useless and the apts have mold, roaches and used to have a bed bug problem. They raised the rent every year. When I was finally able to move, they wanted to keep my $200 deposit and charge me $320 more for primering and painting a couple walls, replacing 1 outlet cover (that their maintenance guy broke) and taking out a small kitchen table. I cleaned and mopped before I left and never gave them any problems the whole time I was there, not to mention that I was never late on my rent during my stay there. I have been calling and leaving messages to the corporate office in Virginia but no one has returned my call! I asked for a detailed list of what I'm being charged for when I left there in September 2017 and managment said she would get it to me...I never got it and now I'm getting a bill from a collection agency! THERE IS NOTHING CHRISTIAN ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR HOW THEY RUN IT!!!

I had the worst experience of renting one of their house through section 8 program. CRS refuse to clean the air ducts that was infested with mold. They also failed to fix leak in attic and mold was present. I had to pay for my own air ducts and asked for my refund. They put me out of my the home and told people I was evicted. They denied my dogs after it was approved by CRS management and came to the property unannounced. I had toilet back up for six weeks. It stunk so bad in my house I called health department and management got highly upset and kept asking me when I'm moving out. During process of my family moving out, they changed locks on me and the police came and said we was breaking and entering. My lawn mower was taken and my brand new white carpet along with my table extention and couch was locked in the property. The police threatened to lock us up if we returned to the property.

this company owns/operates the cambridge court apartments in phoenix arizona. they do not care about this complex. they have the ruuudest office girls at this complex that are vindictive and mean and the entire complex is infested with people using and selling pills. the maitenance men are perverts and i am disgusted that i lived at this complex. i am glad to be out and will pray for the people stuck there. thank you.
