Never heard back after long phone conversation and request for evidence/documentation - Echoing with the other person said I had a long conversation with Chris in late december about a security deposit case that seemed fairly standard and he confirmed it. He said it should be fine, please forward him documentation, I did, I have never heard back. I have called an emailed, and nothing. I would respect for some reason or another not being able to take up my case, although we already went over conflicts of interest and other potential issues but It would be good to let me know, especially since we had a long phone conversation going over details, and I took the time to submit documentation upon his request. Maybe there's something personal going on. Though no word back after about 6 weeks of initial conversation/phone calls/mails where we were in touch. No suggesting anyone else if he felt unable to handle my case, or explanation.

Unfortunately I have left two messages and an email early this week and have not received any response. I find that extremely unprofessional. I tried leaving a review on Avvo, but they refused to post it siting I never hired him so I can’t leave a review which is ridiculous. Apparently Avvo only publishes five star reviews.

I found Chris's contact information online after searching for landlord-tenant attornies in the Boston area. My landlord was unjustly withholding our security deposit and I reached out to Chris for help. He has very thorough in his review of our documents and was very clear about what the process would look like if we secured his services. Chris' clear communication and professionalism was much needed to resolve the security deposit issue. I really appreciated how much time he spent understanding the history and intricacies of our situation. After several months of negotiation with our former landlord, he was able to reach a settlement without going to court. We're very glad we decided to secure his services.

I highly recommend Chris Saccardi's services in landlord-tenant legal matters. We had tenants in our rental property in MA who made endless demands for repairs, got the housing inspector to issue a citation, and refused to pay the remaining rent on the lease 8 months.
