Nothing was being cleaned, capacity was well over the limit, every machine was dirty if functioning . Almost shoulder to shoulder not comfortable at all. I'm not one to give negative reviews it takes alot but wow I probably won't return. Pizza was good from what the kiddos said so that's a good remark!

Great place to take the kids and make some memories. I would recommend eating before going, prices are a little high. Also, search for free coupons before going, they have good deals online.

This place has really gone down hill. The tunnel gym is gone now and it is more pricey then going to a high quality trampoline park with a lot less fun things to do. The animatronics don't even work anymore.

Maurice&I usually go to the Chuckie Cheese in Dayton,This was our first time in Springfield it was nice,The staff was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed for our son Zayden to have an amazing birthday party. Thanks!Look forward to visiting again next year

Fun place! We had a great experience and I’ve felt a very childhood nostalgic feeling upon entering this place. Great food as well.

This was our first visit to this location in several years. Very few, if any games have been updated. Many of the games my kids tried to play were broke or out of order. We bought cheesesticks, a large 1 topping pizza, 2 drinks, and 2-60 minute play cards and it was 75.00. Not worth our time or money in my opinion.

The animatronic band didnt play a single time even though the website said there would be 3 shows the night we went. Honestly, it was the only reason my daughter even wanted to go so it pretty much ruined the entire experience.
