Good for the Children's Birthday party and/or a Kids Day Out for Fun. Crowded; however, to be expected and bearable. The staff is cordial and the food is good. Clean and organized. We have utilized this facility several times throughout the years. ENJOY . Recommended. "ALLONS"

Adults reading this when you go to take your kids or a birthday party. Play ! play the games they actually have some pretty fun stuff for us to do too. Create some memories with the kids by challenging them to a race on the snow more board game, or ski ball or enjoy the virtual roller-coaster... warning its a bit shaky. Thank you Chuckie cheese staff, for providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the children.

Positives: THE reason to go is of course the three stage animatronics. Please never get rid of. This is why I drove 1 hour and a half to go to this specific location. Secondly the games are OK. Highlights for the arcade are Luigis mansion, and crusin blast. This is where I feel it could be so much better. Instead of mostly ticket games add about 5 to 10 more actual classic arcade games ie spiderman 1991, the old crusin USA, TMNT, Street fighter, etc and the revenue will increase. Lastly on the positive is the cleanliness, food, and staff. Top quality in the department of cleanliness and the staff was better than a lot of places but I get it; It's not a job most people take seriously and the service was a little lacking. Had to ask questions about everything just to know. The pizza was good and I'd definitely eat there again. The only real negatives were the costs were a bit high for games and food but over all I'd still come back for all the positives and especially the three stage.

The staff at this place - given the volume of clientele is outstanding. The lady at the ticket counter was very kind to all the children and took her time when they were picking out their ticket item. The party staff was very accommodating, and I could tell they were doing their best to sanitize and clean around the multitudes of children. The reason I can only give this place three stars since it feels like executive and mid-level management is neglecting this location. A lot of the games were either turned off or broken, they were running low on cups and they’re not staffing appropriately for the volume of visits they are obviously cashing in on. They were hosting several parties on a Sunday afternoon and the staff was very friendly and worked hard to make the birthday kids feel special with songs and dances. While we had a good time. -Thanks to the staff that were available- there’s no way I would host a birthday party here knowing how neglected this location is from a staffing and gaming oversight perspective.

This location is super clean and the staff was very friendly. The morning time during the week is the perfect time to come without a crowd! It is also pretty large compared to other locations.

So much fun, so many games to enjoy, cotton candy, pizza, corn dogs and fries...oh my!!! Kids will have a blast, so will you!!! If salad is your thing, great salad bar...side bar info.

We organised our kids birthday here. The ultimate fun package for 18 kids. They short of staffs so everything was rush and our server was at the front serving others so in that 2 hr time we had to go look for the staffs to assist the birthday party. Kids had fun playing unlimited for 2hr , Chuck E came to dance and sing birthday 30 mini before the party ended. They didn’t have the collectibles cups, no helium balloons and was supposed to give us E points which they didn’t give us later when we call them to ask they asked us to come within a week to collect it. So make sure you check with them everything on the list that they promise to give. But anyways would love to visit again with the kids and let them play more.

What a great place for children to have fun. The pizza was very good, salad bar was fresh and employee's were very pleasant. My only advice would be is to be ready for sticker price shock on the cost of food. But, I will definitely bring my grandchildren againFood: 5/5

Great location. We went during the week so it wasn't super busy. The play areas were very clean and so were the bathrooms. We ordered pizza and appetizers. All food was fine. They have lots of games and all were working. Staff was attentive. They are one of the few CEC that still have the robotic characters singing on stage which was a bit nostalgic. Definitely plan on coming back

If i could leave zero stars i would ! Staff were very RUDE we booked a party and when we arrived nothing was ready ! We constantly had to ask our host for the items that where on our packages like goodie bags , icecream && etc the cake was FROZEN when it was brought out ! So i went and talked to the manager a heavy set mexican men dont know his name but he was VERYYY RUDE ! And as we were leaving he charged my card twice and said it would be back on in 3 business days ! This place was HORRIBLE! The bathrooms were DISGUSTING! Will never be back again ! Wasnt worth what i paid
