I’d give 5 stars to Ian and the front desk. And 0 star for the rest. I had a terrible experience with this clinic because the massage therapist was being really unprofessional and rude. I have never give out a bad review but this one for you. Speaking something bad in front of a patient in other language than English is very unprofessional. Especially when the patient actually understand what you are saying which surprises you! Will never visiting this terrible place again, good bye!

The staff are very respectful. The place is relaxing, receive electro stocks in right shoulder for couble minutes, message muscles and physical therapy does several arm movements on right shoulder. In a few weeks, I am able to move arms overhead slightly without the left hand help. I am please to find a place a short walk to the place and back to home.

Dr Ian is the greatest of all time. Really changed my life and had helped me live a comfortable life with my scoloosis and neck fractures

I've been coming here for years and all the physical therapists are very helpful and kind. Ian has helped me make great progress managing my pain this year and I'm very thankful. The staff is always super nice and responsive as well!

The therapists at this office are wise, professional, and kind. The staff is efficient and welcoming. For those seeking physical therapy, I highly recommend this office. From manual adjustments to cupping to deep tissue massage to acupuncture, you can get the care best suited to you at CYPA!

I have been to other acupuncture practices and this was by far the most unhygienic. They did not hear all my issues out and quickly jumped to fairly generic conclusions. They had me fill in paperwork while standing at my shoulder and taking away each page as I finished them - if there is so much rush hand me the paperwork right away rather than have me wait 20 mins after my appointment time. After my session began and I had already changed out of my clothes, some guy randomly opened the door without asking permission or any regard for privacy asking for my insurance card, which I could not hand them out since I was covered in needles, so they almost semi-rummaged through my purse to find it. The heat lamp left welts that took days to subside. I don’t know if I just had a bad day, because their reviews are great. My experience was nothing like that and I won’t be returning.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time i just felt that I have to do it. I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I have tried to give it a chance and have been there for 4 times but it didn’t get better. I scheduled to PT due to neck pain so at the first appointment the PT ask me about my pain and concern but didn’t check me physically. They basically put you with Electrical Electrodes for about 15 minutes and then do some massage and tell you about 1-2 exercise to do at home. The therapists changed at the time of the treatment, each time someone else do a massage for you and other put you with electrodes. Some do a good massage and some do a bad massage. it’s seems that at the first treatment they try to treat you good but after they are just seems to be uncaring with the quality of the treatment and time. The last time was the worst, i came there and they told me that I don’t have an appointment after I scheduled right after my previous treatment. they told me that there is available room but I had to wait 20 minutes. But the big disappointment was that they gave me a treatment for only 30 minutes they need to give you 40 minutes treatment and they just as usual put me with 15 minutes electrodes and 15 minutes massage, which was not so good, without checking with me if I feel better, without asking me about my condition and without giving exercise. not professional at all and very disappointing. I definitely don’t recommend this clinic

This is the best physical therapy clinic that I highly recommended in New York City. Doctor Shang and her team offer comprehensive and superb treatments including acupuncture and massage to the patients. Whenever I get pain on my waist or neck, they always try their best and think what is the best choice for me. I visited here twice a week for taking massage and it really helped me to relax. If someone have any problem with their body, I would definitely recommend they to this place!
