Church of Christ In Katy

I have been working and worshiping with this congregation for almost 20 years. Several things I can say without any reservation. This congregation loves the Lord, loves souls, and loves God's word. Everyone is welcome regardless of your background. This is a church dedicated to changing lives and seeking God's forgiveness according to God's word. If you want a church that lovingly encourages you to be more like Christ, then this is the place for you. We maintain that if we believe, practice, and teach just what those first-century Christians did in the New Testament, then we will be nothing more or less than they were--simply Christians. Come visit and let us get to know you.

"Sound doctrine" is how I would describe the church of Christ in Katy. Bring your Bible, follow the scripture references during class and worship, and see for yourself. The only downside is sometimes there's so many scripture references, it might be hard to keep up. It's a great problem to have if you truly love God, want to know his word, and want to have a deeper relationship with him. The membership here is friendly and loving and you will find classes and opportunities for every age group. What a blessing it is to work and worship with this congregation.

Katy Church of Christ follows the bible in all things. Love is seen everywhere. A very active church reaching out into the world to help others. Lots of ways to get involved. Everyone is welcome. I have worshipped there 9 years. A bible versed church!

The church of Christ in Katy is a beautiful mix of diverse people who blend perfectly together in worship and in fellowship with common goals – to follow Christ with the bible as our ultimate authority, to grow together in knowledge and truth, and to bring others to Christ. You can’t find a more loving, passionate and genuine group of believers anywhere. If you seek to worship God in spirit and truth and to grow as a Christian and be surrounded by loving people, this would be a great place to visit.

I've been going to the Lord's church here in Katy since I was very young. My wife and I are members and have been attending together for the last 10 years. I've been to many other places where the Lord's church meets, and Katy is a uniquely lovely place. The people who come together here are truly seeking to worship and serve God in spirit and in truth. I can't imagine a better family; it's truly a blessing to be a part of the body here in Katy. The bible class curriculum is strong and deep; everyone is hungry to learn and understand more. Everyone is eager to help and serve one another, and put the Word into practice to be a reflection of the love we've received. If you're wanting to know the Truth, always be learning more and be encouraged and loved by His people, there's no better place to be a part of the Lord's church than here in Katy.
