Church's Chicken

This is my favorite fried chicken place so I don't understand why it doesn't do well on the north east coast, which is where I live. As a result, every time I go to a place where there's Church's fried chicken, I make an effort to go as long as it's not too much out of the way. The chicken is always fragrant and juicy. If you like spicy, it tastes even better with their pickled jalapenos.

After placing my order it was 20 minutes before it was completed and brought out to my car where I was parked in a spot and no longer at the drive-thru window. Not sure if this is a company decision but no longer have mixed chicken with the family meals, only legs and thighs horrible picks. This location did not have honey apparently when I was told that there were some, along with no hot sauce no eating utensils no napkins it was just complete dissatisfaction overall. Low on all supplies including the cups for the family sides when I bought a family meal I only received three small cups of potatoes. So I'm assuming that you only put three scoops in a family meal! What is really going on? Upgraded the building but still have the same Trash Antics. The chicken was bland and tasted of grease my mother couldn't eat. Complete waste of money, time energy and their efforts if there were any.

This was my first time at Church's. The wraps were really good. I ordered 2 of each type, and would definitely order any of them again. Then had a4 piece meal. The chicken was better than popeyes for sure. I will definitely eat here again.Food: 4/5

I cannot express enough praise for this store! This people especially the lady cared and I mean really cared about my order! I said it several times but she made me feel like I won the lottery! My mom has been battling cancer for over a year and all she wanted was churches chicken and each one in bham I went to acted like I was crazy with attitude but I would ask is the recipe the same they all told me NO.. this lady told me it was the same and fresh cooked me my order and it was!! I will never forget that Angel that day!! And I will be back to get mom some more. We r in Sylacauga Alabama so it was a hour and half drive at least to moms house but we'll worth the surprise on Monday face and the happiness she experienced from this Angel from this store!!!

Good was hot. Tasted great. My order was placed and made pretty quick. I'll definitely visit again.

Staff was nice, store was clean. The food was cold and tasteless . I ordered a large okra and recieved a cold small size. I wish that I had checked my order before leaving. I will never ever buy food from that location ever again!Food: 2/5

This place has changed and I'm not to sure about it anymore. The taste of the chicken is not the same. However, the frosted honey-butter biscuits are keeping it in the game. The service was good.Food: 4/5

Friendliest staff in B'ham!! Always prefer Church's chicken and jalapeños!! Chicken sandwich is as big as the commercial!!Food: 4/5

They were getting the orders right and taking care of business! They are not messing around!! The chicken was HOT and WONDERFUL! All my family enjoyed the food. Thank great service and great food! Bathroom was very clean. There are a lot of homeless people around the neighbor hood.

Only reason why I give 4 out of 5 stars is because the drive thru menu board was dirty. But maybe it's clean by now.Food: 4/5
