We were so pleased with our experience at Churchville Small Engine Repair. Our generator was fixed quickly and priced very reasonably. They even went above and beyond to help with an issue we were having with the handle to pull it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
The smile on my face says it all these guys are amazing my snow blower was fix right the first time and at a fair price I really wish I could’ve given 10 stars will definitely be bringing all my equipment here they are the best

I truly wish I could give these guys an additional star. I had a chainsaw that had been bequeathed to me and would constantly stall. I took it to a couple of places and they either said it wasn't worth it or tried to sell me a replacement. Made the call to CSER, left a message, and got a called back with directions. They explained there would be a nominal fee to assess which would go toward the final bill should I choose to accept their estimate. I told them I approved of anything under $100. Got a call on Wednesday to pick it up. Final total $70. Wow. They're getting all of my engine repair business.
I dropped off three pieces of equipment to be looked at. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the snow blower operation, which I wasn't familiar with, and gave me tips on maintaining it. Charlotte was also thoughtful, responsive, and pleasant. She accommodated my schedule when I had to pick up the equipment. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
I took a pressure washer to be repaired. The owner was up front stating it may be cheaper to replace then repair. I received a call back with an estimate and he was correct. I asked if I owed him anything for the estimate and there was no charge. Great honest person. I will definitely use him again and recommend people to him.
Brought my leaf blower here because it kept stalling out on me. They repaired it in a few days for a very reasonable price and now it is running as good as new! Thanks for the great service and will be bringing my other lawn tools in for maintenance/repair when needed! Thanks

John and Charlotte were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Our equipment was finished in a couple of days. Our mowers ran better than the day we bought them 4yrs ago. I can't really say if the repairs are good or bad. When I called, I fully expected a backlog... snow was in the forecast. I had already resigned myself to the fact that I would likely have to wait a few weeks. But the man that answered must have been so busy that he didn't even have time to give me an estimate of how backlogged he was. He simply said "in not available." And no, it wasn't a recording. So I decided to look elsewhere. Luckily, I found a great place as an alternative.
