Churrascaria Paladar

Food was excellent. I had the short rib. I've never had a steak so tender. We didn't even need the knife. they served it with risotto.My husband had a spicy chicken with Brazilian sauce, peppers and sausage. It had home made potato chips and rice on the side. it was excellent. Will return to this restaurant in the future.

Made reservations 2 days in advancd for 6pm and were promptly seated. The waiter offered no welcome, no explanation on the unique dining experience, couldn't even get "no-ice" correct. At 7:05 without so much as a single piece of bread served, no food brought to the table and only one round of iced tea, we finally had to walk out. Horrible experience. At the one hour mark, we watched a newly sat table immediately get a bread basket.

The food and service are amazing. A do not miss while in Hackettstown. Best cappuccino and the prices are so reasonable for the price. Joe the owner is so genuine and makes you feel like family. This picture is the red snapper...really amazing.

The food was of great quality. I have a sensitive stomach. I did not feel any stomach pain after dinner.

Our party ordered the rodizio which included family style sides for the table as well as more cuts of meat than I could count. The food was abundant and delicious, and the service was excellent. The waitstaff was not only efficient but extremely friendly as well!
