CI Systems Phoenix

Joe ,the technician , left us in a lurch with non working equipment he set up. What was absolutely galling & unforgivable is he made promises to fix that he didn't keep & then didn't return numerous phone calls from us. Bad, bad news & shame on you Joe. This should really be zero stars......

We are converting two rooms into one movie room, which is coming along, although, delayed because of remodeling issues. CI Systems has adjusted their schedules to accommodate the delays. All of the CIS people have been knowledgeable, professional, and very willing to explain everything in detail as they install components. They accommodated the construction delays by installing what they can so that we can begin to enjoy the room. It's obvious from what we have at this point that it is going to be amazing. When we have questions or need customer support, answers and/or support are provided quickly. We would definitely recommend CI Systems to anyone who is in need of the services they provide.
