This company is a joke. With every airline and hotel offering flexible policies due to the COVID pandemic this company is not offering anything. Even though the festival last week and this week Dead & Co was offered the option for refunds if the weren’t comfortable going…they are refusing to do so for Crash My Playa. Even with work restrictions preventing you from leaving the country which is not covered by the insurance policy they “encourage” you to purchase with a letter from your company. I then asked for it to be applied to next years event and they wouldn’t allow that either. They also cancelled last weeks festival while people were in route because they waited till the last minute. Now explain to me how it is advisable to cancel last week and this week but by the 18th it’s suppose to be fine to go? And none of us are offered the option to cancel? Why them but not us? This would have been my 3rd time there and I must say that the way they handled this current COVID situation is unprofessional and irresponsible. They will never be getting a dime from me again or anyone that I know.

This company deserves zero stars. They are in charge of the VIP experience for Alan Jackson's "Last Call" Tour. The experience itself at the concert was extremely lacking think a high school gym prom badly organized by teenagers, and the signed merchandise we paid for as part of the ticket cost has still not materialized despite months and months of emailed requests for updates. The concert here was 07/29/22 and it's currently 01/25/23. No VIP merch. They don't have what they're selling you. Avoid them using this company whenever possible.
