One of my favorite food trucks ever! Lots of vegetarian options, always made fresh and served HOT. I am sooo going to miss this when I leave Milwaukee. Pro tip: because they are made fresh, order ahead to save some time waiting. If you don't call ahead, I can guarantee that the pupusas are WELL worth the wait.
This truck sells pupusas which are masa-based so wheatless and possibly gluten-free. They come burning hot in foil with cabbage slaw and sauce you can just taco up within the flattish pupusa. They sell cans of American soda ¿ but there are 3 stores nearby for cane-sugar soda or beer that befits this simple but impressive culinary experience.
