If you ever needs some excellent cigars or need someone knowledgeable, this is the place. Large selection. Great atmosphere.
First time customer and I was very impressed with the selection of cigars and the recommendations of the manager.
I bought three cigars there yesterday. Two of the three were old and dry, fell apart while smoking them.
I've been buying cigars here for years, though I never sat and smoked in the shop yet, I will one day. The service, the selection, the atmosphere all the way down to the smell is always excellent. Keep up the good work guys!
They have probably the BEST selection of Cigars on Staten Island. However the lounge part is located directly in the center of the store, with the stock on the walls going right around the chairs, and the entrance opening right on the chairs. Not exactly the best set up for ambiance and having a relaxing smoke. But I have to say their selection makes up for this.
Came at 10am to get cigars for a trip. Sat outside till 10:10 and still wasn't open. Change your hours of operation if you are not going to be open at the time posted online or post times on door. Otherwise We love this cigar shop.
I love this place for my cigars, and so does my son,and daughters.
Great selection of cigars.
Expensive and rude unless you like being talked down to. It's not a membership club but if you wish to partake in a self brought drink while you are there they have to like you. Tre bizarre. Go elsewhere. I wish I could publish more then one review but since I can't, I'll edit the one I put up a month ago. A friend was visiting on leave I am active duty military along with my friend for what it's worth really wanted to get a cigar and insisted in this place, even with my objections, and me trying to be a decent host agreed to go with. We went inside to view the decent but not impressive size of the selection for the size of the cigar bar, we decided on Rocky Patels our personal favorites based on price and selections and chose to cut then at the bar while we were there. When we walked in the cashier was nice enough asking if we needed assistance, and we said no just browsing. When we cut both or cigars the wrappers not the plastic buy the outside lining of the wrap itself fell apart. My friend, not being as versed in the world of cigars as me not being any sort of authority just a casual smoker asked why it started splitting. I said usually ours because their either old or not properly stored. The cashier insisted it was my method of cutting. At this point I have my friend a look of uncertainty. When the attendant took the rest of the cigars we were purchasing and started cutting a nub, another style Patel, and 2 cao's 2 of the 3 others split as well. All the mean time he was snake-ily turning the cigars to hide the evidence. In all seriousness, this place is a horrible place, with ok prices, with horrible service, and people working there, in my opinion. Avoid at all costs. Respectfully, an active duty service member.
