this is my second year living at cim! one year in an appartment second year in a townhouse and i love it! mona is very nice and the staff is super quick to help with someone that breaks!

I have loved living here throughout college. Awesome place with great management!! Very close to WSU and I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area

This is an amazing place to live! Great sense of community here. And the walk to campus is so easy. If you don’t want to live on campus. This is by far the best choice of places.

BEST place to live! I've lived here for 2 years now and the staff is amazing and caters to your needs immediately, especially the general manager, Mona. She will go above and beyond for all of her residents. She is so sweet and never fails to get what needs done, done. I recommend Cimarron Woods to everyone! 10/10!

It is such a great place to live! Nice and effective staff. Maintenance was kind and resolves issues reasonably fast. The office staff is the greatest! Always ready to answer questions and have events for tenants! Such fantastic quality for a such a low price! Would recommend especially if it's your first time living on your own!

Great apartment complex! Management is great and always there to help. Mona is a terrific manager and cares about every tenant in the community! Lived there for 2 years and wish I could stay longer!

Close to campus, close to Meijer, nice gym, comfortable living spaces. Have had a good experience with the manager who worked hard to get my Internet working for me. Recommended for Wright State students wanting to get away from on campus housing but still wanting to be within walking distance of school.
