Cincinnati Natural Foods

Ownership is not customer oriented and many of their products can be found online and thru Amazon at a significant discount compared to prices at Cincinnati natural foods. I would not recommend shopping at this overpriced and unspectacular store.

I have been shopping here for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and let you shop freely. Their inventory is excellent and they always have sales on multiple brands at a time. I support local, independent stores as much as I can and this is a great example of one in our town.

Wide selection of vitamins, discounted prices, hard to find items for people with allergies. Have been going there for a year and never once noticed the staff behaving unprofessionally let alone in an unfriendly fashion.

Insulting staff. We bought some vitamins here and the staff kept insisting that sublingual tabs were the same as lozenges (had to do with a pricing discrepancy). The staff weren't nice when we bought them. Half hour later we went back because we found the same pills online for half the price. They then insisted we had opened them! And would not refund the money. We've been going here for many years. Not anymore.
