When my brand new husband and I walked out to see two beautiful white horses and a stunning white carriage ready to whisk us away after our ceremony I started bawling. It is truly such a beautiful sight! The horse drawn carriage is such a perfect addition to add a little “fairytale” to your wedding. The driver was so kind, the pictures turned out amazing, and it was really nice to have 10 minutes alone right after getting married on a lovely carriage ride!

Called days before the wedding to see if any carriages were available, and they entertain your questions but are poor at following-up. I was told to text the event info and they received the text and didn't respond. I was told by them that "most people don't wait till a day before the event to inquire" and I didn't, so I wasn't sure why the bad attitude and unprofessional tone was displayed. They have a lot to work on with communication. If this is how they act before securing my business, I would hate to see how they would treat us during the special event. All things happen for a reason and it is for the best that we weren't able to use them....found another company.

We Century 21 Gold used Cindy Cinderella Carriages for December 12, 2015 in Norco for the Parade of Lights. The drivers, John & Morgan could not have been more awesome to work with. They were very helpful, patient and kind to all of my participants. The two mules Janie and Patsy, that pulled our buggy were so cute! If we ever need a buggy again, we will definitely be giving a call to Cindy Cinderella Carriages. I would recommend it. Again, a big "Shout Out" to John & Morgan!! Thanks a bunch!!
