Good theater, very comfy seating. The food is good, but still definitely priced like movie theater food. Biggest complaint is that if you don't get your order in early it can take quite a while to get your food. Also, for people who really want silence while watching their movie, this isn't for you. Staff will be walking in an out taking orders and delivering food and drinks through pretty much the whole movie.

I've been going to this one and the one in WA off and on for years. At first it was great. The menus were small but the food was good. I really used to like the mini cinnamon buns. But it's really gone downhill. Especially compared to cheaper places of the same kind. The food has changed (not for the better) the fries used to be shoestring which I hated at first but the new ones always taste old and over salted. The cinnamon buns are now basically buttered pizza dough covered in powdered sugar. And it's super bright for a movie theater! I get that people need to see the menu but we used to just use the light of screen. Tonight the lights were so bright that I couldn't see the screen well in parts of the movie. I'd rather have to use the light from the screen over having the light distractingly bright above my head the whole movie. If I ever go back, considering the tickets are $1-$2 more than other theaters I go to it's unlikely I'll return, but if I do go back it's just be able to have drink while watching the movie. Which I could do at home way cheaper. It's sad because it they used to be so much fun and mostly affordable for a night out.

My top theater in Salem! Mainly because Monday-Thursday it's only $7 a movie ticket. The seats are ok, some recline some don't. You have a table in front of you, which gives you more space. The table is for food and drinks because they serve burgers, pizza, salad, etc here. The food is a bit pricey, but not any worse than other theaters. They serve alcohol as well. The screens are good and I love the nostalgic vibe the theater has. Inside there is a bunch of old theater posters. The staff is friendly, the servers are quick and don't interrupt the movie. You barely notice they are there. My favorite "on a budget" theater with new movies.

A decent option for watching the latest movie with a beer and some food in downtown Salem. The movie going experience is good, and the service is mostly decent, but the price and quality of the food is poor. Expect to spend a small fortune. Personally I prefer to eat before going there with all the great options within the downtown vicinity, and then just grab a drink or two while I’m watching the movie. If I’ve got the option of any of the other theatres in town, I’d rather pick either of the other Regal cinemas on Lancaster before Cinnebarre.

Really nice! $7 tickets all day on M-Th movies if it isn't opening weekend. Really awesome food, too. Comfy seats. Great service. Nice setup. This is our favorite theater in town!
